GREAT sandwich; cookies a little burnt. Good service and clean, convenient location right off 41.

I come in to this location on a regular basis and this was the worst experience I have had in a long time. I wasn't greeted at all, they weren't busy and I had to ask if anyone was there. My food came out wrong and soggy. Never again

I had the club wrap. The tortilla was hard and crusty. As if it had been sitting out for a while. No public restrooms, that was a bummer.

My husband and I went in there last week for lunch and it was horrible! The sandwiches tasted ok at that, and the fries were not good at all (even with ketchup). The door wasn't closing properly so there were flies and gnats flying around. Mostly at the drink station. The Service was fine. But we will definitely not be dining here again. Not worth it!

We just had a great experience at this location. In a world sorely lacking in good customer service, they had 2 young woman on this shift who were so friendly and sweet! They had genuine smiles & good attitudes while at work. It’s was so unlike other fast food locations in the area where you almost feel like your bothering them for being there. Such a refreshing experience!
And of course…we always love a good Penn Station sandwich! Nice, fresh & delicious!!

Great sandwich and love the fries
Ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and it is DISGUSTING! Used entirely way too much teriyaki sauce to the point the bread is wet and soggy! So full of sauce it's destroyed the sandwich!

Slow, rude service for overpriced gross food. Mushrooms were rotten and stinky. Gnats and standing water everywhere. Seems to be run by teenagers. Girl on grill only making one sandwich at a time while more pile up.

This used to be one of our favorite places to go. Unfortunately, it seems like the last couple of times the quality has gone down quite a bit. I always look forward to their cookies which used to be the best in town. Now they are always dark and burnt. I said something about it while the lady was ringing us out but she didn’t say anything so I guess they don’t really care either that their quality has gone downhill. I hope to see them do better again in the future!

Corporate doesn't make enough suprise visits to this store.
The kitchen was really dirty like it hadn't been inspected in a year. The floor under the counter was filled with months of crumbs. A floor drain was plugged up, so they put out a wet floor sign instead of actually fixing the problem. The tea and pop area had flies swarming me. I was embarrassed for suggesting we eat here because this location definitely doesn't represent the brand.

Great sandwich, had the Philly cheese steak. Very good.
Ordered on doordash, but received bread that was moldy in multiple spots. It was very noticeable and should have been caught prior to packing
