Not the best food but delivery guy was rude. Apparently he didn't get the tip he wanted when my son handed him the $. He counted it and asked "Are you sure you don't want this back" and walked away. Tipping is optional and with a $4.50 delivery fee, tell the employee to pay more!!
For a Supreme Pizza it was thin little sauce and toppings were skimped on, Totally didn't get what I paid for!!

I never got my food yet I ordered at 7:45pm and at 8:15 tracker said it'd be delivered. I called at 8:20 pm they said it'd be right here. I had to work so I called back to cancel my order the person said you can't cancel its out for delivery. Hmm this is wild I ordered from 13th & Wabash area. I live so close to this area. At 8:50pm the delivery person called and said I'm at your door. It's odd I'll never order food from here again. Guess that's normal with no apology or phone call 1hour, 5 minute wait is crazy.

Ordered at 4:12 and online said our pizza would be done at 4:30pm via Carryout. Pulled up at 4:28 and employee at window stated it was almost done. 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks and 4 cheeses. No big deal at all should be out soon. Sat there a few minutes and another employee said to pull over to side and wait. 30 minutes later the other people who pulled up after was getting their order but ours hadn't came out. Got out and started walking in and the same first employee yelled out the window that the order was almost done (Yeah...heard that 30 mins ago). Went in and THREE employees were sitting there eating while TWO were working yet my pizza hadn't even been cut yet. My order finally was handed over at 5:03pm. They didn't care at all that it had been almost an hour since we ordered. Get home and the pizza was poorly cut and toppings were incorrect. Very disappointed in the quality and service. Won't be returning to this Pizza Hut.

I accidentally clicked "carry out" on the app and once I realized the pizza was not coming I called the store and the driver was kind and understanding and rushed my pizza to me in seconds.

Was pulling up to DoorDash and noticed their actual delivery driver putting someone’s order in his car. The entire floorboard was full of trash. If y’all are gonna hire delivery drivers you should hold their cars to a certain standard. That is EXTREMELY unsanitary. Do better.
