The worst service I've ever received at a restaurant. I had to wait over 40 minutes AFTER my order was complete. I was in the drive through waiting while customer after customer came and left with their orders. I went inside and was met by rude worker who could not or would not understand what my complaint even was. The food was not fresh as a result and also poor quality.

Went in to eat dinner this evening, two other tables that already had their food were the only other occupants, took us 20 mins to get drinks, waited another 15 to get our order taken, waited an hour after that for 2 pizzas and gave up, paid for our drinks and left. The party of 8 that was coming in as we were leaving left because we told them about our wait. Terrible waitress, the place was filthy, salad bar was gross and everything wilted and brown. We have always came here but we will not be back. So disappointed.

Can't use my T-Mobile Tuesdays coupon at any pizza hut restaurant in this city!!!! This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth, much like the only pizza i bought here in the past ten years, cheesy bites pizza was not very good and difficult to eat!!! Pizza Hut, stop pissing off your potential customers! Honor your coupons!!!! I'll probably not order anything at pizza Hut within the next ten years. Pizza Hut deserves 0 stars!!! :(

I love this location where get our pizza every time. It's blocks from our home and it's always ready when they say it will be. The pricing of the pizza that we get for $7 dollars if you get two or more is so awesome since we have a family of 4 and a single pizza won't be enough. The staff always smile and make us feel welcomed. Out of all the food I have ordered Ithete I have had one single pizza that was made wrong. I brought it to their attention and it was instantly fixed with no hesitation. We will be customers for life!!
Parking: It has a parking lot that is off to the side of the front door so it's not hard to walk up to the building.
Unreliable for timing of a called in order readiness and bad advising of status when order not even started. Was 30 minutes late. Many orders in backlog and people waiting without any good communication from management of what to expect.
