Ordered delivery. Driver showed up at Pizza Hut immediately after placing order, but waited 25 minutes for my food to cook. Delivery time was fast. Pizza hut changed my delivery time 3 times because THEY ( not the driver) could not fulfill their promise.Pizza was stone cold when received.

We order frequently. Today I placed an online order for carry out and pick up time was quoted to be within 30 minutes. Arrived at window for pick up at 6:29 and was asked to wait another 15 minutes. Pulled around the building and it is currently 6:55, still waiting with 2 other vehicles. Slowest service ever on a Tuesday. ETA: Was asked at 7:05 at the window to pull to the white line. It was 7:15 before someone came out to refund my payment, MINUS the tip. Photos included for reference. Worst service ever.

Food is great always hot and fresh. The staff is amazing, always easy to communicate with and super friendly and polite. Probably deserve more gratitude then their often given because they go above and beyond. Been amazing since I was a kid.

First time I used the app, it was very difficult. Had to have patience. A few friends at work said they had same problems. But recently it has been working pretty good and love the pizza there. The one problem I keep running into is that I cannot order cheese for breadsticks on the app. Wish it was a option.
