Ordered at 4:12 and online said our pizza would be done at 4:30pm via Carryout. Pulled up at 4:28 and employee at window stated it was almost done. 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks and 4 cheeses. No big deal at all should be out soon. Sat there a few minutes and another employee said to pull over to side and wait. 30 minutes later the other people who pulled up after was getting their order but ours hadn't came out. Got out and started walking in and the same first employee yelled out the window that the order was almost done (Yeah...heard that 30 mins ago). Went in and THREE employees were sitting there eating while TWO were working yet my pizza hadn't even been cut yet. My order finally was handed over at 5:03pm. They didn't care at all that it had been almost an hour since we ordered. Get home and the pizza was poorly cut and toppings were incorrect. Very disappointed in the quality and service. Won't be returning to this Pizza Hut.

Waitress was not friendly at all. She checked on another table that got there after us yet never checked on us. When my boyfriend finally asked for a refill since none was offered she offered us to go boxes along with his to go root beer. She then never brought the drink.

Just had the Detroit pizza from pizza hut in Terre Haute Just an average pizza. The sauce was applied very poorly. Two pieces only had sauce after I spread it out. The noble Romans sicilian was far superior to this feeble attempt at a specialty pizza. It appears that additional training needs to be had by those attempting to make this pizza correctly.
