Was standing in the lobby for about 10 to 15 minutes got ignored by the employees and not got service flipped off the camera walked out and they followed me out . So don't waste your time going there.

Ordered through the app last night went to go pick it up pulled up to the speaker and told them my name for the order the gentleman was rude and uninterested told us to pull up to the window or go around to the other side that’s for online ordering. Got to the window our bag was thrusted at us and the guy at the window tells me we don’t do ice cream so you’re not getting it you’ll have to get a refund. I asked how to get a refund as he was slamming the window closed. He looked at me like I was stupid and said he didn’t know and turned and yelled at the other guy working asking about the refund who said he also didn’t know and the guy at the window looked at me and told me we don’t know call corporate and slammed the window shut. I called corporate who told me oh well sorry we don’t do refunds for franchises asked about my other food that was sloppy not at all warm for being just picked up we had to take apart and put our burgers together for them to even be eatable. Very upset over the service, the quality of food and the fact that they have ice cream on the app and then tell customers oh we don’t do that. If you shut it off at a certain time I understand that but you should make it unavailable on the app at that time if that’s the case.

I ordered the number three, it's called the baconzilla. It's more like the mustard Zilla. It was made sloppy and overpowering of mustard and there wasn't much else on it. one small strip of bacon, no onion, no tomatoe, no pickel. Slopy with the sauses. Poorly wraped. The fries are okay. Use to be a favorite place to eat.

We have not been to Rally’s for awhile so we figured it’d been a good choice for lunch. However, it was not. The woman at the drive thru was very rude and very pushy. She threw the bag at us.

From someone who works in sales/customer service. It should not be acceptable to just stare at the customer hand them their food without responding to the customer at all. I don’t require a conversation but when I ask how ya doing today, thanks, have a great day that the employee at least responds fake or genuine. That’d be more respectful than just staring with zero response
