Our group was seated in the room with the high school memorabilia and the owner told us about the items in the room and the high schools as well as how he started the business. It was a delightful experience and I'll go back -- Even though it's an hour or more away from my home.

My daughter in law ordered me Rick's Catfish Combo thru doordash. I received 2 catfish. They were great but a little small for the price of the combo $16.99. They did have it wrapped in tin foil which kept it how and crispy. No tartar sauce that I asked for. For small and dry portion of Cole slaw. Sweet potato fries qere good and hot wrapped also in tin foil too. Also never received the texas toast. Due to this I would not order again thru doordash. Since the catfish was good I may try a new experience with dining in!!!

Friendly customer service. I had a hamburger with onion rings, and my husband had a BBQ sandwich with french fries. The food was prepared to order and hot when it arrived at our table. I would recommend Rick's Smokehouse!

My wife and I enjoyed our meal and the price was right. Service was quick the location was clean and nicely suited for this restaurant and enjoyed our time near. I can definitely suggest 2 others to go to this location to enjoy smoked barbecue.Parking: There is a large paved parking lot for several vehicles and an easy walk straight into the restaurant.
Good food. Most likely will not return. Walking into a place that claims “for your safety” we will fill your drinks and all while leaves out all the bbq sauce without cleaning them is some very scientific stuff. In a bbq place we should be allowed to fill up our drinks. What next? Will they tell us for our safety we will pour on your bbq sauce?

Our first time!! The service was amazing and the food was a close second!! My hubby goes here when he's in Terre Haute for work so he wanted to bring us all by to try it!! The sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had!! And the pulled pork...yum!! (My son said the ribs were the best he's ever had as well!!) Definitely try this place!! ❤️
