Food, service, and wait time was exceptional. We had the BBQ ribs and they were excellent.
Had a great dining experience! Food was amazing! Justin was a server and did a fantastic job. Overall great!
Molly had her first day and she was EXCELLENT!!!! Prime rib was just OK - OK price and great size. Onion rings have always been fantastic! I received a birthday card signed from everyone!! Manager and other staff stopped by and wished me a happy birthday. Was hoping for a free dessert. Pot roast was really good. Will always eat there before the soda shoppe!!
Food was good. Service was good. Price was very good. I had the damn good burger and it was delicious. Lotta fries and they're good.
This was our first visit to this restaurant. We were greeted by the host immediately and taken to our table, which was right at the entrance. I requested that we have a table a bit farther from the entrance and this was accommodated without question. Our server Melissa was excellent! I had the tuna with mango salsa and cilantro rice and loved it. My husband had the prime rib which was cooked to his exact preference. He indicated that the horseradish was a bit milder than most and did not overpower the flavor of the meat, which was perfect for him. Ambiance was nice and the room was quiet enough that we could actually hear each other. Will definitely go back!
First time to eat at Rockwood Bar. Prime Rib was excellent! Atmosphere was really nice and our waiter, Jacob, was friendly and helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.
Our server was attentive and very pleasant. The restaurant and food was also good. Will definitely return.
Good food and drinks, not too loud even when busy. Great service. We've been a couple times and will be back.
It was very nice and our server was really great! I wish I could remember his name. The food was good, the price was reasonable, and the service was great. I would recommend it!
We were seated promptly and service was superb. There were many choices of food and all were delicious. Hoping for more brunches in the future.

The only thing I did not care for was how close we sat to the other diners on either side of us. Other than how close we were seated -- it was a very enjoyable experience.
Noted on reservation it was my wife's 82cnd birthday. It was not acknowledged by them. They had trouble finding reservation. Ordered tea and asked for sweet and low. Waitress never brought it. Had to ask another waiter for it. Ordered soup of the day and prime rib entree. Waitress brought soup and prime rib at the same time. I told her it was customary to the serve soup before the entree. She said they were busy and that is the way the cook had it for serving. Both were barely warm so they had to be sitting in the kitchen for quite awhile. This caused what should have been a joyous occasion to be a very disappointing one.
This was our 2nd time at Rockwood. Overall food was good but not anything special. Two of us enjoyed the fish sandwich & one enjoyed the pineapple chicken sandwich. My husband got the tenderloin which he said was just OK. There is an upcharge to switch the fries to tater tots which seemed odd considering they were priced the same on the menu (?). Service was very good - Brandon was pleasant albeit it quiet. My impression was he had not been working there very long but he checked on us frequently which can be rare in these days. They were out of ketchup which was puzzling. Would probably go back but not make a special trip.
Took my parents here for their 56th Anniversary. TERRIBLE FOOD!!!! Ordered grilled pineapple chicken sandwich, chef salad, fettuccini alfredo, blt and soup of the day which was broccoli and cheddar gumbo. Yes, BC gumbo...... Never heard of that! Waiter said that there is bacon on top and that's what made it Gumbo. Hmmmm...... Soup was runny and luke warm. YUK! When the food came they were missing the Alfredo. He said the kitchen burnt it and had to redo it. Burnt???? 10 minutes later it came out. It was missing the alfredo sauce. He said they just lightly put sauce on it. Garlic bread was good. Hmmmmm....... REALLY???? Chicken sandwich was supposed to have a pineapple pico de gallo on top. What it had was some blended up green salsa (good) and soggy bun. Chicken was way over cooked, super small piece and burnt on the bottom. Chef salad was piled high on a plate. No bowl. WEIRD! Sad to say but the BLT was the only thing that was good. Told the waiter how disappointing the meal was. He said that their was a big rush of people before we got there and a new Sioux Chef in the kitchen. Didn't need the excuse. How about this. So sorry to here that. What can we do to make it right for you??? That would've been a much better approach! WON'T EVER GO BACK!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
Everyone's meal was very good, especially the Bowls! Service was very good. The music was a little loud for dinner.
