The fillet came out undercooked asked for medium was more blue. The ribeye was pretty fatty for the price.

Food all had great flavor and portions were perfect. We had a little undercooked on a side but wasn't terrible. We all polished then off. Our waitress, i think it was Gretchen was exceptional. Answered all of our questions and took great care to make sure we had an enjoyable experience.

Took my dad here for his 80th birthday, and he loved every bit of it. The look on his face after taking his first bite of each different food was the best! He had the meatballs as an appetizer, the filet for his main course, and key lime pie for dessert. Service was top notch, and we never needed to ask for anything.
We celebrated our anniversary with another couple last night. Everything was excellent: the service, the food, the atmosphere. Our server was very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She made our special day exactly that. We will certainly book Stables again for a special event. This is what we've come to expect, and Stables certainly didn't disappoint!

We had a party of 9 and we nearly starved to death. The waitress disappeared for most of the night. She took our drink orders, only two people ordered beer but she kept pushing us to order cocktails and appetizers even after we said we were ready to order. The bread baskets could have benefited from a visit by Jesus because our single loaf did not multiply despite us asking for more bread. To the point that she walked around the table and said “looks like you're good on bread”. All the baskets were empty!! Food was dropped off by a bus boy and he got confused so our food was also tepid at best. Our drink were replenished by another bus boy. I had to track down our waitress because we were left alone for over twenty minutes. No bread. Pressure from the staff to upsell. Very disappointing experience for my boyfriend's birthday. Out of the 9 of us he was the only one that had good food. But when he got his birthday cheesecake there was no candle and no effort, especially since the bus boy dropped it off and told another person in our group who also got desert happy birthday. The garlic cheese mashed potatoes were cold and the cheese was congealed and greasy on top. The Caesar salad was served as a half an ENTIRE HEAD of romaine cut in half, not cut up or tossed or anything! The dressing was on the bottom of the plate and completely covered by the romaine. The core was still present (bitter and full of dirt) and the romaine clearly hadn't been washed. The greens were bitter and full of dirt since they hadn't been separated and rinsed. Most of our table ordered the Caesar and we were ALL incredibly disappointed. A few of us ordered the special which was lobster ravioli in a Cajun cream sauce. What in the Red Lobster microwaved shrimp are they doing in the kitchen!?!? The shrimp in the dish that were overcooked and rubbery but somehow room temp. The ravioli pasta was fluffy and al dente but the lobster inside smelled like you left a can of cat food in the sun. Such a pity

I have had gastric bypass surgery so I eat off of the kids menu, my husband gets regular portions. We were told yesterday that you no longer allow that. So we probably will not be frequenting this restaurant any more. Which is sad because we would go there every Anniversary. I think there should be accommodations made when asked ahead of time.

Each time we visit Stable's Steakhouse, we are pleasantly surprised and impressed with the dishes they serve. Our waiter, Peter, is one of the absolute best around. He does a phenomenal job taking care of us and even double checking to see what the kitchen does and doesn't have on those busy weekends. Food is always great. Staff is the best around.
