Poor in store service.
Went inside to order coffee but no one would take our order.
Went through the drive thru over 8 cars deep by now and it took 15 minutes to get a coffee at least they couldn't ignore us there.
Did Starbucks change their process? Can you no longer order at the register like Taco Bell or McDonalds? Looked like there were plenty of people working that someone should have been on the register.

From Karina Pierce: I have been having a horrible past few days and the staff that was working this morning 2-8-25 deserve a raise! They completely turned my morning around. They were so nice and had me laughing and just LISTENED to me vent a little. Got me wanting to work there just so I can be friends with them! My drink was PERFECT too!

I always get a kid temp matcha at Starbucks and it’s never been this bad. Why are you not mixing the drink before giving it to the customer?? Kind of disappointed for my venti matcha to be full of unmixed CLUMPS. I rarely get Starbucks because it’s already expensive as is and it’s awful to get a cup full of this. This was how my entire drink was and I personally just dumped it down the sink because it all tasted unmixed and awful.

Traveling from AZ to NY and we looked up the Starbucks along the way for a quick drink and restroom break. We got to this location and learned that we put our order in at the facility up the road.

We weren't locals and had no clue which way to go, but this crew decided they'd save us a trip. Within minutes, they made our drinks and sent us on our merry way.

Thank you for helping us out. It hasn't gone unnoticed. You guys rock!!!

Very rude! Tried to say what I wanted and the dude kept talking over me. So I got to the window for my order and a girl brought me my drink, it wasn’t what I had said I wanted them she got and attitude when I had said what it was supposed to be. Fixed the drink different girl brought me the drink she got and attitude and then slammed the window. I guess whatever makes you feel better lmfao. Very rude and nasty service definitely won’t be going back!

I didn’t get the Baristas names, but on Monday 9/23 around 12pm I came through the drive thru and thought I sent my mobile order to their store. I accidentally sent it to the one all the way across town. They went ahead and got my order and made it for me anyways to save me the trip. They were super understanding and sweet to me the whole time! It was a super positive experience. On top of it my drink tasted as fantastic as it usually does from this store. ? This Starbucks in particular is my favorite in TH.
