When I placed the order on my phone, I chose the wrong store address. I waited for a long time in this Starbucks. A staff member came over to ask me about the situation. After looking at my order, she told me I had come to the wrong address. But she made a cup for me for free and was very friendly. I was very touched and grateful for the kindness of this Starbucks staff member.

This location has HORRIBLE customer service for whatever reason. They were out of a lot of food products and whip cream which is kind of ridiculous.

Spent over $6 on a drink and they can't even make it right. Now I'm stuck with mushy disgusting strawberries trying to come thru my lid. The drink ratio wasn't correct, it tastes like watered down coconut milk and barely has any refresher. Very disappointed!

I stopped in for my on the go breakfast order. I used the app to place my order online. Upon arrival my order was ready within moments! The dining area was nice and clean, the team of employees were pleasant and interactive! This is one of my favorite locations to visit, when I am in town! The service and food always meet my standard and the store is ran very smooth and precise!

This is the worst run Starbucks I have ever been at. Service is painfully slow and unorganized. Complete focus is on call in orders and drive thrus. People in store are pretty much ignored. I waited 25 min for a latte and finally got frustrated and got a refund for my drink and left. In store customers were shaking their heads and making comments about the service. Starbucks use to be a great coffee shop but no longer as the focus has shifted away from in store customers.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks for about five years now never have had an issue. Everyone has always been so kind had by far the worst experience I’ve ever had today. Ordered a drink how I have always had it made. They have never had an issue With me ordering it that way. So I asked for it at the drive-through and was rudely told to go forward. I was planning on ordering more, got up to the window and was handed the drink and Was dismissed immediately by the girl at the window. She was very demeaning and disrespectful will not be returning to this location.
