I love the food here. I really do. I don’t love the older man (Door Dasher I assume) continually going to where they are preparing food. No hairnet, non slip shoes, etc. Staff chum it up with him instead of discouraging it/stopping it. Also Overheard the “aftermath” of a racial slur being said to another staff member.

Staff let a greasy door dasher in the kitchen, no nonslip, no hair net no nothing. They let him close to the grills with this long gross hair, and by the packing side completely in the door just talking. Not to mention the staff was loud bc Mary thought it was okay to call her coworker the n word.

STEAK AND SHAKE!!! Does not disappoint the name! Got the double cheeseburger combo with a Reese’s PB shake and it was very very good! A little more on the greasy side and the fries had lots of salt but it was still great! Quick easy stop here for lunch!

Typical new order for yourself fast food Steak N Shake. Sardar just keep running them further into the ground. I am not sure how they have employees anymore. This location is what you expect. Food is limited in quantity for price, but that is Sardar’s MO. $1.60 for cheese on the fries and get one little dab of cheese. One toilet was broken and leaking sewer gas into the space. That was wonderful. Mmmm. As long as Sardar takes as much as he can he will continue to run these places into the ground.

Steak and Shake is out of their dang mind. It's a diner! This kiosk garbage needs to be stopped or I am NEVER coming back again and I will straight up bully anyone who does go here and supports this horrible change in the industry. Get a clue steak and shake.
