Bathroom and floors throughout restaurant were disgusting. There were wet towels just sitting on floor in bathroom and floors were so sticky I almost threw my shoes out because I didn’t want them in my car. Tables were dirty. Soda machines were dirty. Just a shockingly obvious lack of concern for cleanliness throughout the place.
Burger was fine aside from the top half of the bun being cold. And the buns they use being really poor quality. Fries were the only thing that I was happy with. This location has really gone down hill. Once a staple of our family road trip to visit family, I doubt we’ll be returning. There are better options nearby and other Steak ‘n Shake locations to choose on our trip.

Drive thru. Both burgers were like mush. They are usually crisp around edges. My husband and I ended up with greasey onions down the front of us. Very disappointed. No cars in drive thru but us. Why undercook the burgers?

Everyone was very nice. Check your order before you leave the store if you happen to go order to make sure they put everything in the bag. I had to wait a while extra for my shake. I was waiting with another guy that told me him and his family were completely done with their meal and they still hadn't gotten their shakes.

My son got the 7x7 sandwich , its a challenge he thinks he can beat.. burgers are greasy, food is mediocre, milkshakes are good
There was a wonderful person in the dining room. We think her name was Amber...... We delightful person to be around. We felt bad not leaving a bigger tip. We didn't have cash lol

I love the food here. I really do. I don’t love the older man (Door Dasher I assume) continually going to where they are preparing food. No hairnet, non slip shoes, etc. Staff chum it up with him instead of discouraging it/stopping it. Also Overheard the “aftermath” of a racial slur being said to another staff member.
