Why even have a drive through? Every single time I go there NOBODY pays attention to the drive through. So you just sit there for 20 minutes until you get fed up and leave to go somewhere else or go inside. Just get rid of the drive through there is no reason for you to even have it when you never answer. Sorry this has happened to me over the last 2 years of going to this location and I’m just sick of it.
Very clean environment with great service. I started coming here more frequently because the quality of the subs has been too good recently!

Clean inside. Could not understand anything that the worker was telling me. A worker started to be rude when I asked questions. The sandwich was not made with love.

Sandwich wasn't cut and wasn't even toasted like I asked and didn't even know what my order was when I came to grab it and I was the only sandwich on the counter. This isn't the first time. Even when I order inside I feel like I'm having to fight with the employees just about how I want to have my sandwich made These new owners have made this one of the worst subways to come to and I will not come back.

This new ownership is a disgrace to the legacy Chuck B built at this location. I asked the employee to pre-cut the footlong to add different veggies to each side, to which he said he would charge me for two six inches, which I refused. So instead he opted to make his job more difficult by adding veggies one half at a time to the sandwich, as if that was efficient or necessary. Then as he was ringing me up, he rolled his eyes with annoyance when I pulled out coupons. I asked if there was a problem, and he said no problem. These new owners must want their business to fail, which is inevitable given their absolutely pitiful service. They should’ve taken notes from the king Chuck B when they bought the business.

My order is so simple and yet they always mess it up I’m so sick and tired of them not reading what I order. I get extra cheese and they barely put cheese on my sub even tho I asked for extra and they never toast my bacon. Subway do better honestly it’s pathetic.

They avoid being seen just so they don’t have to work. They let you sit at speaker until you get sick of waiting and leave. It happened twice. First time after sitting at speaker for 10 mins, i decided to go inside and looked around. The man was hiding in corner snd when he saw that I saw him, he came out to work. 2nd time, after 5 mins wait at speaker, I decided to pull up to window. I saw this guy with a little child on his lap. He saw me but continue to sit. After 5 mins, he decided I wasnt going anywhere so he finally got up and asked me what I want. I ordered online so I just want to pick it up. He then put me on facetime with this guy he was talking to and made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. I got my order but it was gross like outdated. Never again with this one.

Went in feeling positive about the outcome.Saw only two people working, but line was short.Again thinking positive. Placed order with young man who's English was sketchy, but got the first part done okay... I think... Well I can't tell because they put a steel barrier, so you can't see if they are getting it right, but I maintain my positivity.After the quick heat, the other female employee takes over and is speaking to her coworker in something other than English, but completes my sandwich efficiently... I am happy, it looks good...I now announce my coupon with a valid date and it met all of the criteria.It goes through the barcode and she rings up the order at full price...I smile and show her the coupon and she scans it a second time... I hear him say 6.99 ...She says it's no good ... I looked at it again and said it should be...She takes it and wads it up, points to the register and says I owe 11.99...I have my credit card in hand and looked down at the reader... It requested I give a healthy tip to add to my order...Her without expression and I...not feeling positive anymore...I pushed the sandwich gently towards her and she said "Fine"...I walked out embarrassed and upset... To the sound of his voice hollering "Hello" and " 6.99 "!There was no one in which to communicate with.

Business was sold to another person from India but the process of making my sandwich was kept hidden so I wouldn’t see them reducing the amount of product being added to the sandwich, so what I ended up with was paying $9.82 for a sandwich I could’ve made at home for a quarter of the price. Terrible service.

Kid-friendliness: Parking Lot is located directly next to a very busy highway.. But Subway always has healthy choices with delicious cookies for dessert.

Store was clean but it was almost closing time like half hour before. The three associates didn't speak our language and we're hard to understand. Had trouble understanding what we wanted. They were friendly and smiling but they kept talking amongst themselves in their own language, which was annoying to us because we didn't know what they were saying. Sandwiches were just poor looking outright had very little meat they just didn't even look like Subway subs and they made them right in front of us. We will never go there again
