Husband picked up order.. which was 2 footlongs. Or supposed to be. 1 meatball marinara. 1 chicken teriyaki. He noticed it was 1 footlong 1 six inch. Someone remade it and now we had 2 footlongs. Good to go. Until he got home and noticed we have one chicken teriyaki.. and one meatball teriyaki??? Someone topped our toddlers meatball marinara with all the things that go on a chicken teriyaki. 🫤 they say third time is a charm, but I’m not wasting my gas to drive up there and find out..

The last 3 times that I have ordered from the Ft.Harrison Subway, my order has either been wrong or missing items. Tonight my foot long BLT literally had 2 slices of bacon, when it was ordered with double bacon. Only 2 people working, older lady and a young worker. Older lady blamed the very young worker and you could clearly tell the young worker was not the one who made it. Then proceeds to say...I have been here 3 years and have not had one complaint. We'll honey...you have to answer the phone when it rings. Yes. I tried calling for 30 minutes before going up there.

I'm giving a 3 star because Chris was awesome. He was working completely on his own at 12 NOON on a Saturday and even though he was rushed on his own he remained polite and professional. Where was management? If employees call in or are a no-show the manager needs to come in and help out the one employee that showed up!!

It seems Subway (at least this one is cutting back) the food portions were a lot smaller than usual causing the sandwiches to be very dry. When we arrived it seemed someone had been vaping in the store and the employees were nice enough but they both went to ask me questions at the same time and then got annoyed with me for not answering immediately. Overall not a great experience which it's a subway so would have been fine if the food was good. If you're going to lessen how much you put on sandwiches don't charge me $30 bucks for 2 sandwiches.

Always a pleasant place to grab a quick bite to eat, I've only had a few minor issues which was a misunderstanding on my end. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is always so kind giving some of the best smiles, as well as small talk. Feels more old fashioned but that's just me
