First and last time stepping in this subway!Worker named Vanessa was rude. Slamming stuff. Wife said she wanted mayo and she rudely said I'm doing veggies now...Man behind us asked if they had cookies (because they weren't in the case) she said yes. He replied, what kind and she said, all them.I just think a little customer service would be a good thing.Vegetarian options: I got the veggie. Just pick what u want!
They do not take any coupons also food has become super expensive you can almost go to Texas Roadhouse for the price of one of their subs perhaps lol I wish they had the $5 foot long again but this store was extremely busy And all the customer service was OK I felt rushed but the subs were good.
This is incredible. Your restaurant lost money, and business, due to the laziness of staff! I ordered online but did not know that my husband wanted to make our 2 footlong subs meal combos. Upon picking up our order he informed staff that he wanted to pay the extra and turn both sandwiches into comb's. Staff told him he couldn't! What? Why wouldn't you allow him to pay the extra for 2 sandwiches and get the chips and drink's? This makes absolutely zero sense!

If I could give them 0 stars I would I came in to get my husband and I dinner.the counter was filthy but that's not why I'm upset. A younger man maybe 24 dropped my meat on the floor and quickly picked it up and tried still putting it on my sandwich. I said oh heck no remake that all right now. He sighed and his manager laughed and said whoops you got caught this time. Then our sandwiches were stone cold even after being in the toaster the manager then laughed when i complained and said you get what you get kid and waked to the back. And then their soft drink machine only had one drink.NOT HAPPY NOT COMING BACK.
