Never open in the evening they leave the open sign and all the lights on but lock the door

I went there Monday at 912 pm to eat. The door was locked so i went though the drive thru, I didn't hear anything for a couple of minutes. Then all of the sudden someone came to the microphone saying "sorry they were closed" Even though the sign said close at 10pm. I ended up going to the Subway on Fort Harrison the food was very good there.

It’s in the outskirts of Terre Haute, but was convenient where I was conducting business. Has a drive through which was a big plus!
