Never open in the evening they leave the open sign and all the lights on but lock the door

I went there Monday at 912 pm to eat. The door was locked so i went though the drive thru, I didn't hear anything for a couple of minutes. Then all of the sudden someone came to the microphone saying "sorry they were closed" Even though the sign said close at 10pm. I ended up going to the Subway on Fort Harrison the food was very good there.

When asking if I could receive the footlong I ordered instead of the six inch, the old gentleman proceeded to get an attitude with me and slam the new sandwich on the counter multiple times. I returned to the car upset by the service I had just received to find whatever this is floating IN MY DRINK. It was attached to the lid when I first saw it so it was definitely in there when they handed it to me. I’m disgusted and angry.

It was bad. They smashed my friends sandwich and only put 2 slices of cheese on it. They put a lot of cheese on mine and put a lot of mayo on my when I asked for a little. That’s what mine looked like. Not sure if I will go back for a while. After this girl gave me this.”out of cookies and the good chips” my friend says
