Very bad customer service
Probably one of, if not the worst subway to go to. Ordered online for my family, only 3 sandwiches. The employee working never called and told me there were ingredients missing. When I got the sandwiches home, they were wrong. I immediately called and spoke to some guy working. He told me there was nothing he could do and to wait till the next morning when a manager was there. Called the next day, manager immediately had a horrible attitude. All I wanted to know was why I wasn’t notified about the change to my order. She argued with me and yelled at me, all because I wanted to know why I wasn’t notified.

Employee was in a foul mood. Rushed us for our order, the preceded to re ask multiple times since she forgot. Then complained about not having multiple toppings/bread available because she didn’t have the time to prepare. After our order we watched her play on her phone for 10 minutes and proceed to tell the next people she was out of the same items that she “didn’t have time to prepare”. Very bad service. Cherelle was the one making our sandwiches. First thing she said to us was “what do you want” then proceeded to slam our food on the counter and make snarky comments. Then expects a tip after treating everyone in the line like they are inconveniencing her at HER job. Will not be back.

So I went there to get a sandwich during my break and Cherrell snapped at me for being too quiet, she said “can you speak up? I literally haven’t been able to hear you at all.” Which really shocked me because I work in customer service and I always try to be nice to people so this was really out of nowhere. And so I said “oh I’m sorry, are you OK? Did something happen?” And she continued to scowl me and say, “No, I literally can’t hear you over all of this” and she gestured to the refrigerator and the people and the store even though there was only three people in the store. I can’t put into words how rude and angry she was so I think something upset her and she just projected all of it onto me. And so she finished my order with a negative and annoyed attitude while I just nodded or shook my head to avoid upsetting her further. It was completely uncalled for and deeply upsetting, not even mentioning how I continued to try to be nice and be understanding to help her out and she became even more rude. I tried to call the manager twice but nobody picked up.

Conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag. VERY RUDE! We walked up and the first thing she said was, 3 sandwiches?? Doesn’t listen when you order, then made a huge mess all over the bread with the sauce. The next sandwich had sauce from another sandwich. She was angry with every movement, slamming things around. She then sliced the sandwich and a piece of cheese fell out on the counter, but she didn’t replace it. She never replaced her gloves after being at the register and then returning to make more sandwiches. ?
I have gone on 2 separate times and got my sandwich to which it was ice cold and I order on the app and pick up as soon as it’s marked done so there’s no reason it should be cold I also get the sweet onion teriyaki and both times it’s just plain chicken and barely any sauce this time was worse than before I’ve tried to call the store and get nobody picking up I’m very disappointed with the amount of money it cost to eat here my food should not be this bad
Unfortunately, the manager is a felon with drug charges. This said leader decided to corner my daughter (her biological daughter) in the bathroom while on the clock.. scaring and intimidating her not allowing her to just walk away. This woman lost custody almost 7 years ago due to drugs and trying to her them. Had we known this is where she worked we would have tried to avoid it all together. Police report was filed. Since she is a manager she told the cop I wasn’t allowed back at the subway part. (No hard feelings here) nothing was said to her but I asked another worker for the cooperate number and store number, this young girl was terrified to help me because of the way the manager acted towards her. What has the world come to?! Anyone can play the roll of a leadership? Sad because they are losing a lot of loyal customers.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered I have got the “more” option which cost 4$ extra. They have NOT PUT MORE. It’s a shame subway is already not cheap and they don’t even give u more when u pay

Came here with my wife and child to do some shopping and to get a bite to eat. The girl at the counter was very rude and very impolite. Snickering and mumbling under her breath and after she made our food she over charged us and forced a tip. It doesn't cost 45$ for 2 subs but my child was hungry. Will not be returning to this particular subway. Terrible service from that young lady. I'd give it another shot with someone else at the counter but she completely ruined it for us for any future visits.
