It was good but it would've been nice if they put more steak in the sub, and I ordered pepper jack cheese with it and there was none on it, and I got the chicken bacon ranch sub and hardly any chicken in it, do better!

Literally stood and waited for 5 minutes after ringing the bell. The older woman finally comes out of the back room, she was just sitting there cause I saw her. When she finally came out she looked at her boyfriend and rolled her eyes I'm assuming because she had to work. So we said forget it and walked away. Worst service ever!
Ordered two sandwiches. One was the cheesy steak sandwich and it came with mayo on it for whatever reason so it was basically trash since the person it was for doesn't like mayo. My sandwich was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich that was supposed to have extra mayo and had none at all, ordered extra meat and it didn't even come with the bacon, and the meat that did come on both our sandwiches was extremely scarce. Oh and it had pickles on it for whatever reason even though I didn't order them.
So basically both sandwiches were completely ruined.
Will never order from this location again.

Subway is ridiculously overpriced. You mean to tell me that flatbread costs like $4 extra than regular white bread?? And a few strips of bacon costs just about that much too? What difference does it make if I buy the same ingredients from Walmart (that the subway resides in) and make my own sandwich(es) for way cheaper? Thanks to who I believe was the assistant manager for letting me know about the flatbread price and knocking down the price for me, but it's still crazy

During my ordering and waiting the manager never looked me. Her head was looking down and when she spoke I couldn’t hear her from behind the glass. Next, while just starting on my sandwich she started helping the next customer. My sandwich sat out after being toasted and now cooling for a couple of minutes while the manager worked on the customer behind me. Then she wrapped my sandwich and then went back to working on the other customers food while I waited to pay. While I don’t mind have some patience, I had to wait for the customer behind me to get their almost complete before I could even pay for mine. I think there is efficiency and then there’s missing the mark. I think she’s missing what this type of service looks like to the customer.

Probably one of, if not the worst subway to go to. Ordered online for my family, only 3 sandwiches. The employee working never called and told me there were ingredients missing. When I got the sandwiches home, they were wrong. I immediately called and spoke to some guy working. He told me there was nothing he could do and to wait till the next morning when a manager was there. Called the next day, manager immediately had a horrible attitude. All I wanted to know was why I wasn’t notified about the change to my order. She argued with me and yelled at me, all because I wanted to know why I wasn’t notified.

Employee was in a foul mood. Rushed us for our order, the preceded to re ask multiple times since she forgot. Then complained about not having multiple toppings/bread available because she didn’t have the time to prepare. After our order we watched her play on her phone for 10 minutes and proceed to tell the next people she was out of the same items that she “didn’t have time to prepare”. Very bad service. Cherelle was the one making our sandwiches. First thing she said to us was “what do you want” then proceeded to slam our food on the counter and make snarky comments. Then expects a tip after treating everyone in the line like they are inconveniencing her at HER job. Will not be back.

So I went there to get a sandwich during my break and Cherrell snapped at me for being too quiet, she said “can you speak up? I literally haven’t been able to hear you at all.” Which really shocked me because I work in customer service and I always try to be nice to people so this was really out of nowhere. And so I said “oh I’m sorry, are you OK? Did something happen?” And she continued to scowl me and say, “No, I literally can’t hear you over all of this” and she gestured to the refrigerator and the people and the store even though there was only three people in the store. I can’t put into words how rude and angry she was so I think something upset her and she just projected all of it onto me. And so she finished my order with a negative and annoyed attitude while I just nodded or shook my head to avoid upsetting her further. It was completely uncalled for and deeply upsetting, not even mentioning how I continued to try to be nice and be understanding to help her out and she became even more rude. I tried to call the manager twice but nobody picked up.

Conveniently doesn’t wear a name tag. VERY RUDE! We walked up and the first thing she said was, 3 sandwiches?? Doesn’t listen when you order, then made a huge mess all over the bread with the sauce. The next sandwich had sauce from another sandwich. She was angry with every movement, slamming things around. She then sliced the sandwich and a piece of cheese fell out on the counter, but she didn’t replace it. She never replaced her gloves after being at the register and then returning to make more sandwiches. ?
I have gone on 2 separate times and got my sandwich to which it was ice cold and I order on the app and pick up as soon as it’s marked done so there’s no reason it should be cold I also get the sweet onion teriyaki and both times it’s just plain chicken and barely any sauce this time was worse than before I’ve tried to call the store and get nobody picking up I’m very disappointed with the amount of money it cost to eat here my food should not be this bad
