Every time I go to this Taco Bell they never make the food edible. The crunch wrap had NO meat on it and was just lettuce and tomato. Not sure what their issue is but they need to train their employees better. The lettuce also tasted old and not good.

Never felt a reason to leave a review for a Taco Bell until I was delighted by Victor @ 3132 Wabash Ave Taco Bell. After witnessing the talent and dedication from him, I do not see how Taco Bell could retain him in their organizing for much longer.

Every time I do doordash pickups from here, they tell me I can not get it through the drive through. So ok, I’ll get it from the lobby then. Except when I go to get it from the lobby, I am left without service for around 10 minutes, with my food prepared and ready the entire time. For what reason can I not pick up my order through the drive through here, but I don’t have this issue at ANY other taco bell? And why does it take 10 minutes to see me when I’ve been told to come into the lobby and my food is literally already prepared???

I adore the Frog Woman at Wabash Ave’s Taco Bell. I’m not aware of her true name, but when stumbling into the restaurant at 12 or 1am, her angleic voice, of which consists of most likely several decades of tobacco usage and strain, raises my spirits to unknown heights. Even if the food is of lesser quality than I’m hoping for, her comforting demeanor, inspirational grit, and subwoofer-like tone makes it all worth the while.
