Food was ok for what it was. I was good with my cantina burrito and my husband was happy with his order. You don't really get service anymore since you place the order yourself. Had to ask for the drink cups. The order stations and the tables were very dirty

Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and instead got a flat beefy loaded potato griller, which was gross and NOT what I ordered. Also asked for diablo sauce and did not get the sauce. Got a Pepsi and it tasted like cherry Pepsi. Will not be going back to this location considering the workers obviously don’t know how to read.

Ordered cantina chicken quesadilla.... 10/10 not impressed. I have ordered several times and this is not what it looks like. Also the girl at the window was super nice, even asked the others if the avocado salsa was in the box. They said yes... it is not. Thats litterally what makes this so good 😩

The management is just horrible at this Taco Bell. I live 1 mile from the Taco Bell, It’s easier for me to ride my bicycle Then to drive it so close. I literally Drive by this Taco Bell To go to the Taco Bell on 46 So I don’t have any problems. The staff is great Friendly And they do what they can. I know the general manager Is a good person. Just wish that she was more open-minded When it comes to customers. She has a hard time replacing food! And there was an Old elderly man Who really needed to be in a nursing home. The assistant manager Made him move his truck In the middle Of his lunch. It took him 19 minutes He moved so slow. The old man was just another customer. But when I started talking to the Older gentleman I learned a lot of interesting things about him. He had a battle patch From being in the war. The older man Retired from being a police officer. He had a lot of patience With Taco Bell Telling me it was no problem. As a child I was always taught That when someone was eating To Not bother them. Now I drive an extra 7 miles To go to the Taco Bell on 46 Because the manager there Has compassion When it comes to her customers. I use to not understand why this management Treated their customers this way. After years Of dealing With the same management At my favorite restaurant. I realize she just loves The company and who really cares about the customers Give the customers less cheese, Less meat, Give them more lettuce To fill the taco. Don’t replace orders, So she can keep cost down. And when you complain to her She just rolls her eyes, And the assistant manager is even worse. So whoever owns this restaurant I hope you’re making millions, While they’re stepping on us

Ordered a number 12.. the crunchy taco is bigger than my burrito… two, maybe three pieces of chicken, a butt load of sauce and very little lettuce/ cheese and one side is icy cold. I thought maybe it was from sour cream.. but there is no sour cream… so I’m a bit confused how it was ice cold on one side? My sons quesadilla has cabbage mix on it (he still ate it before I could snag a pic, just want to point out inconsistencies). The orange cream freeze things taste like dirty water. No vanilla or orange flavor to them. The staff was nice though, no complaints there.

Not bad at all. Needed something to hold me over before dinner and quesadillas were just that. They tasted good and were cut perfectly. Sometimes only the top layer gets cut and not the bottom.
I waited at the counter to pay for almost 20 mins before I left.

There where people in the lobby that had been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. They were more worried about DoorDash and Drive thru than anyone inside the store. Even then the dashers were having to wait. Then later on I heard the manager tell someone to lock the doors at 11:30pm due to the chaos. Shortly after midnight they were all or almost all outside smoking or vaping waiting on people to show up. They also during my time inside lost at least 3 - 5 doordash orders.
