Terrible Haute

Way to slow, I ordered 2 hardshell tacos and waited 30 minutes to get them, IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THAT LONG JUST TO MAKE 2 STINKIN TACOS, PATHETIC!

Late at night and looked like something shady going on behind the building by the drive thru with one of the employees. The food was inconsistent and sloppily assembled. I will be calling in to report our experience. I mean how difficult is it really to get this stuff correct? The female that was at the drive thru window was very nice.

I order my food on the app, waited for the 1 vehicle in front of me for 8min... then at the speaker for 12 mins b4 someone got back with me and told me to plz be patient she was the only 1 cooking... 5 mins later I was able to tell her when she came back on that I was an online order.. we get to window and there are at least 3 people working... like what the heck did I get lied to or are the other workers not making food and waited another 10 mins just to get my order. having a customer wait 35 mins to get there food when there was only 1 other vehicle ahead of me... I spent over $50 and this is absolutely crazy to me !! Terrible service.. I will say the lady that was at the window did apologize over and over and was polite... at least food was correct this time, I'm just so over poor service there!!!

Made my food wrong like 4 times. One of the workers was very rude and made my sister cry. There was no warning for the hot food and got burnt. They had to make three different nachos two different fiesta potatoes

This location embodies Terre Haute well: truly exceptional for how mid it is! Visited the area for the first time in a few years, only to find that the rice is STILL always undercooked and hard, preparation is still sloppy and low-proportioned, and God forbid they include even a single napkin in a drive-thru order.

In my many visits to Taco Bell, I have consistently observed an exceptional standard of professionalism and leadership, particularly under the guidance of a young Manager, Latisha. Her presence in the in this place transforms the atmosphere, fostering an environment where efficiency and customer satisfaction thrive.

On the days Latisha is on duty, there is a noticeable difference in the overall operations. The staff appears more engaged and motivated, working seamlessly to deliver quality service. In stark contrast, during her absence, the atmosphere can feel disorganized and lacking in enthusiasm, reminiscent of a place where morale is low and the staff is disengaged. This stark difference highlights Latisha's remarkable ability to inspire her employees and create a positive work environment.

I have also had the pleasure of encountering Latisha at another Taco Bell location in town, where her infectious enthusiasm and energy were equally evident. It is clear that her leadership style not only uplifts her team but also resonates with customers, bringing smiles to their faces and enhancing their experience.

I believe it is important to acknowledge Latisha's contributions, as I suspect her superiors may not fully recognize the impact she has on both her team and the customers. Every time I visit this location, the order is wrong or missing items. I paid $20 tonight for a bowl that was missing ingredients I paid extra for, and a quesadilla that looked like an afterthought. It’s consistently poor quality. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and it’s disappointing every time.
