The manager is one of the most professional nicest people I have ever met. My wife and I did a pickup order and when we got home there were a few things missing. I called the restaurant, and spoke with her about the issue. She was very apologetic, made no excuses, and offered to replace our entire order. This was Chick-fil-A level customer service. Will only eat at this Taco Bell now.

Food was great but I had to heat it up. I had ordered then had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-thru and I was only 1 car back. The girl at the window did apologize for the long wait. Wish the drive-thru had a different design so vehicles could pull up if it was going to take long like other fast food restaurants.

Got food at this location at 1:30am on a Friday night. The store seemingly only had one lady working. She tried her best but there’s only so much one person can do. After ordering at the drive through she had me pull around to the front side of the building and park alongside a few other vehicles waiting for their food, while she seemingly prepared it and ran it outside on her own while still somehow working the drive through at the same time. The car next to me never got their drinks and my order was messed up after waiting a while for it. I respect her for her effort however this was an awful experience.

I don't think this Taco Bell even deserves one star I spent $50 almost on my order I got barely any meat in the locos tacos the shells for my soft tacos were slimy and the food was ice cold. Do better people do better

Late at night and looked like something shady going on behind the building by the drive thru with one of the employees. The food was inconsistent and sloppily assembled. I will be calling in to report our experience. I mean how difficult is it really to get this stuff correct? The female that was at the drive thru window was very nice.

I order my food on the app, waited for the 1 vehicle in front of me for 8min... then at the speaker for 12 mins b4 someone got back with me and told me to plz be patient she was the only 1 cooking... 5 mins later I was able to tell her when she came back on that I was an online order.. we get to window and there are at least 3 people working... like what the heck did I get lied to or are the other workers not making food and waited another 10 mins just to get my order. having a customer wait 35 mins to get there food when there was only 1 other vehicle ahead of me... I spent over $50 and this is absolutely crazy to me !! Terrible service.. I will say the lady that was at the window did apologize over and over and was polite... at least food was correct this time, I'm just so over poor service there!!!
