Service sucks, the workers attitudes suck, the machine you have to use to order is just dumb. Especially if you’re paying with cash. They don’t even give you the right cups for the order. Place is a joke. Just like every other fast food joint in this crappy city.

I ordered a cantina bowl for my wife, the rice was not cooked so she opted out of eating it. I ordered a Mexican Pizza it was smashed beyond recognition I continued to eat it and threw it up after I pulled a long hair out of it. I called and spoke with Jessica the manager she told me she could replace those items, but I have a better idea I’d rather have my money back so since that isn’t happening I’ll just NEVER eat there again Taco Casita for me only. I’m not particular, I guess I just expected the food to be made correctly without Hair maybe pets should be worn. I’ve worked in food service for most of my life anytime I’m around food. I either have a hat on or I have a hairnet sometimes a lot of ponytails in there. The Board of Health may want to check that place out.

Just an average Taco Bell. I really like going to Taco Bell, but I have stopped doing so after today. I really do not like the fact that I have to place my order at a kiosk. Yes I know, you can order at the counter, but nobody's ever there. What is the next step, I have to go back into the kitchen and cook my food as well? Get back to some real customer service!!!!! This is ridiculous! So you can reduce your staff by one by not having someone at the counter. Might look good now but think about it.

Their service is usually fast at peak meal times it will double your wait time but I feel that's understandable. The staff is helpful and friendly. Since their way of ordering has changed ( using the kiosk) it can be difficult for some but the staff will jump in and help. We order using the phone app and have never had an issue using this method. They do a good job of making the food you expect from Taco Bell . Best value for your money you can stretch your dollar with the affordable value items.
Vegetarian options: Tastes similar to the meat options. Lots of choices if you prefer veggies with no meat.

Not a fan of the kiosk, but this was drive thru. Svc was fast, food was ehhhhhh. The cheeze it's tasted burnt and the meat was missing and nacho chz in one spot

Ordered a Mexican pizza combo suppose to come with pizza 2 taco supreme and drink get home open no tacos supreme then tried to call the store 3 times got no answer very disappointed and the Mexican. Pizza the meat was very greasy and gritty taste

Went in to get a Crunchwrap and they completely screwed my order. Drove home to find out my veg wrap had beef inside. When I get back to the restaurant workers ignore me at the counter I askfor help. Then had enough nerve to tell me to have patience after I waited 25 mins for the first order and additional 30 mins for the 2nd order. I almost lost it in there today. I give one star for the guy who fix my order he actually cared. To the girl in the pink hat you need to get a life I was staring at you because you were the first to open your mouth and tell me to have patience. Get a life you nothing to look at honey lol

Taco Bell has been my favorite place for years. And I pray to God that it's only this location and not all of them! It has been awhile since I was going to dine in. We walked in to order and there was not a person in site, and they didn't even have to menu on the board anymore! Just a couple of pictures and a note saying to order on the kiosk! If I wanted to order online I wouldn't have came inside in the first place! They never have any coupons or deals, so for me to spend 20 minutes trying to order food online that could've been done in less than 3 is insanity! Then who knows how long we would've had to wait since we never saw an employee anywhere! From now on when I see the "best of the bell" on their sign i will lol so hard. Because how can you determine who's the best if no one has any customer interaction?! If they are that short of staff they would be better off to just close down completely! If I want to order online in will. But if I am going to make the effort to use my gas to drive there, actually get out and go into the building. Then as a service to the people who is spending their hard earned money to help you make yours. Then I FULLY EXPECT AND DESERVE TO BE GREETED BY A PERSON WHO IS HAPPY AND WILLING TO TAKE MY ORDER!!!!!
