I don't kniw what the deal isEvery time I come here items are left off of my order which wouldn't even be a big deal if these extra things didn't cost almost a whole dollar a piece.Then adding insult to injury actually asked then if they could remake my food with all of the ingredients I paid for and they smiled in my face apologized and gave me back hollow burritos that had been wadded up into crumpled messes.I can't even wrap my head around what the employees there are thinking.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell I never get any hot sauce even though they ask me for it and I tell them I want hot sauce. It's pretty ridiculous I'm not just talking once here and there I mean every time I go I never get any hot
My daughters and their friend waited 45 minutes the other night for 3 Baja blast and 2 nacho fries! Absolutely unacceptable! One other family in the building at the time. This Taco Bell needs to get their act together. They consistently suck!

so i ordered doordash from this taco bell as well as speedway tonight, the dasher left my speedway order at taco bell and didn’t pick up the food. therefore i never received either. i called the store and explained the situation and this really nice lady who was extremely friendly offered to drop both off when she got off. and she did, they were both dropped off as ordered!
Poor service. Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes, after they said they would be right with me. Not busy at all. 10pm at night. Pull out and leave. And the next car waits and leaves too.

The food was good but glad I checked my bag. Was given the wrong order originally. No sauces in the wrong bag or in my bag had to remind them. While I was sitting at the window there was someone behind the the counter making up cups of freezes(in large cups that they don't even sell them in) that was not in uniform. (shorts and crop top)

They do not take orders, you must order at kiosk. Man came in and was upset...said no one taking order at drive up. Another man came in waited to be waited on and was still standing there when i left. They called my name to pick up order and shoved a bag at me with no cup, had to ask for a cup, and I said dine-in on kiosk, so I should have had a tray instead of a bag. Was NOT impressed with TACO BELL!!!
