Nobody hardly reviews this place because it’s in the HMSU commons area, but sometimes it’s horrible. I showed up at 6PM, took 20 minutes to have my order taken, then had to wait another 40 minutes to get 2 chicken quesadillas.Undertrained, understaffed, and honestly all ties into being underpaid. They can’t keep/get anyone because who wants to work there for $9.50 an hour? I don’t blame the workers or Taco Bell, rather the greedy franchise owner, Sodexo.

The food is great there, and the prices are reasonable. The soda machine needs to be fixed, because the soda tasted flat. I had to go to the vending machine just to have a non-flat soda. But then again, it's ran by Sodexo!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. Orders take forever. I ordered at 8:51pm and received my food at 9:22pm. That's over a half an hour for 4 soft tacos. Half the time, they usually mess something up. I ask for soft tacos no lettuce. Half the time, I either get crunchy tacos or lettuce on them. No “fast food†restaurant should take so long with such poor order accuracy.
