Food has always been pretty consistent on my visit to this location. It does get busy so you could see a wait especially on a weekend. Wait staff has always been friendly. Will go back. However a manager is the cause for a dropping a couple stars. At our last visit my wife paid at the kiosk on the table with a card. About ten minutes after leaving she was called and accused of not paying after returning and being accused of skipping the bill multiple times and the employee not understanding our banking app (which was shown to them) would say pending until the next business day she just agreed to pay again and “If she were double charged they would refund her.” When pulling up the ticket at their computer to have her pay it now showed it was already paid. No apologies from the staff member who seemed to be a manager, just accusation to a female by herself (as I was driving my son home in a separate car) that she was skipping out on a bill. I am sure we will be going back eventually but disappointed in what I assume is a unique opportunity that no one else will deal with. But when you make a mistake you apologize which is what we would have done if our bank had not show a pending charge for Texas Roadhouse.

If you're in the mood for some great food and friendly servers, you need to come to Texas Roadhouse in Terre Haute. Our server Nino was the best. Very friendly. Made sure you were doing well and taken care of.
Our salad was gritty like the lettuce didn’t get washed correctly. The steaks were overcooked. Service was not like it usually it is. The waitress didn’t try to correct the salads.

Order for takeout. Steak was great although the loaded baked potato was overcooked. The cheese, bacon bits, and chives was all packaged separately and not on the potato lbvs ?. I shouldn't have to load my own bake potato.
