Ordered to go. Missing a couple ingredients in my bowl (pineapple and avocado.) Nobody bothered to tell me or anything. It was terrible food. Last time trying this place after giving it multiple chances. Stay away

The food was soso. The one thing I go to TGI Fridays was for the French fried green beans and they were removed from the menu. The wait staff was excellent.Parking: Our TGI Fridays is in a mall so, you park in the mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: I don't have little kids, but the little ones that were there seemed to be having a good time.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Haven't eaten here for a year or so and against our better judgement we thought we would give this location another chance. Service appeared to start off ok, ordered drinks for 4 of the 5 in our group as my son went to the bathroom before sitting at the table. The diet coke tasted off, so our daughter asked to switch to something else at the same time we ordered our son's drink and a appetizer. Didn't see our server until our appetizer was brought to the table and the drinks still had not been dropped off for our son or daughter. The appetizer we ordered was mozzarella sticks, they appeared to have been ready for a while as they were mostly room temperature, and the "skillet" they were delivered in was barely warm to the touch. Our entrees took even longer to be ready, another table (same # of guests) that was seated after us with a different server had drinks, appetizers, and entrees before we got our entrees. The entrees that came out had several errors, and all again appeared to have been ready for a while because they were almost room temperature and the fries were not crispy, almost soggy like they had been sitting for a while. Luckily, we didn't need the silverware either, as 3 of the 5 sets on the table had tacky residue of what appeared to be sauces from prior meals. We noted the errors with our orders, one had the wrong side, one was missing some things on a burger and the server said they would be right back with the corrections. About 5-10 minutes later only one item was fixed and they forgot about the other issues. We were frustrated by the lack of service by this point and just wanted our check to leave. When it came to service, the person we had barely wanted to check on any of their tables. I claim this because there were only 6-8 tables with guests, and the server was frequently standing near the exit of the kitchen chatting with other waitstaff for extended periods of time. All while we saw the servers for the tables around us check on their tables 1-2 times in between us ever seeing our server on the floor for any other tables. After this experience, we won't be returning to this location as it appears to have not improved from our last experience.

Food was great. Aden our server was awesome. Restaurants need to find and reward servers like him. This was our first time visiting this location in several years, and because of the friendly and great service, we will return.

First impression...bar tender says he doesn't know what's on tap (what?) Counted 7 employees, yet took 12 minutes to ask us if we're wanting to order....two barmaids left the bar area (ended shifts?) sitting with customers but visits behind the bar to make herself another drink.Don't go.There is no one there that knows how to run a restaurant/bar. Owner, are you aware?

Menu was sticky with dried soda. Serving room stunk of a restroom and Jesus the burger was preserved in salt. Had to send the food back it was so salty. After almost an hour wait with no food asked for the check and left. Server was sweet but I'll never go back. I don't normally blast restaurants but they failed in every way.

Our pickup order was over 30 minutes late, spoke to the manager about it, waited for a call back from him that never came, the order was finally ready only to find out it was completely wrong after it was brought home. Called back and a rude young man lied about the manager being too busy to answer my call and hung up on me. Not acceptable!

The food was quite good for a chain restaurant. The waitress barely cracked a smile and didn't know a thing about the wine selection (it isn't extensive). She had to ask me what Cabernet Sauvignon was and made me point to it on the menu. She brought the wrong wine to one of my dinner companions, and it took ages for her to bring drinks. She was, at best, mediocre.
