I'm a bartender from Indy. Was invited by some local friends. Gotta say this place beats 90% of the places we have in the city in regards to prices, music, and atmosphere. I do see what people mean when they say the bartenders are rude but being a bartender myself I get it they have a no nonsense attitude, which if you're dealing with drunk college kids all night that don't tip, I would too. Great place over all keep up the good work.

Bartenders are awesome, very skillful. Security on Saturdays is plentiful but not very observant and overzealous as they hassle and expel the wrong people, not the overserved and rude instigators. I realize they have a tough job that I respect but there are two sides to every story. They need to talk to the people they kick out instead of just using a heavy hand. Some of us just don’t like our feet stepped on without an acknowledgment , we are not looking to start trouble.

I have never had a bad time here. The atmosphere here is always chill throughout the week and def gets lively over the weekend.I def recommend try to come out whenever Ally or Monty are workin they both have a few tricks up there sleeves and have never given me a bad drink.

Usually always love this place. Red haired bartender on eclipse day beyond rude! Honestly incredibly rude. If she can’t take a a few folks, she should get a desk job. I tipped her well everytime regardless. Other guests laughing how rude she was…disappointing for Verve. Get rid of her!Let me add…I was there after the eclipse and it was not crowded!!

one of the male bartenders was incredibly rude to my friend and i on her birthday. i didn’t tip so he followed me outside and cussed me out. the next day i had an extra charge on my card from where they tipped themselves after harassing me.

Arrived about 2;20 amTold me it was a #$10-person cover charge that night. Then I get to the bar after waiting in line. To be told I can't But a drink the eine had there last call. Then, after the dj instructed us to get our drinks before, it was the last call. So I go to the bar like hey you just said no, he is saying we cam. She says no, so I ask the other guy, thinking she just thinks u am drunk or something. And he goes to make my drink, and she then stops him and says she told me no.How are you gonna charge 10 per person as if it was a busy night and needed to, I pay for 2 people and then won't even sell us drinks. ? wack club.I've been to clubs in Miami. All of Indy , Bloomington, and Lafayette. This was just mad disrespect
