Tried to make this location my breakfast spot for about 2 weeks. But the inconsistent service and terrible quality of the food makes it nearly impossible. Worst Wendy's in town. Got to the other ones.

This is the slowest Wendy's I've been to in years. I pulled up at 10:20 and order two breakfast sandwiches for mobile pickup. I was greeted and asked to wait even though there was only one person ahead of me in the drive-thru. After a minute of silence I told them excuse me I just have a mobile pickup. So then I pulled up and waited. And waited. It took them 20 minutes to make two sandwiches! When I finally got my food she apologized saying they were waiting on eggs. It doesn't take 20 minutes to make eggs. Apparently they shut down breakfast before breakfast was over and began making food to order. I was on a road trip to Texas with a late arrival and they made the trip take way longer than it should have. Go somewhere else if you want service with urgency.

So on the menu they have garlic parm sauce And spicy garlic parm sauce. I ask for a side of spicy garlic parm and the lady keeps telling me there is no such thing as spicy garlic parm only regular. She says only thing that makes the sauce spicy is if I use spicy nuggets.this is not true even on the website it says the two sauces are seperate and provided.

We went through the drive through and was rushed at the beginning. The lady at the window was trying to rush me ordering then didn't give a total. When I go to the window she forgot to check the bag and not all the items I ordered was in there. She also didn't give me my drink nor the frosty I ordered then told me I never ordered a frosty after she had repeated my ordering and asked me what flavor. I went in to get the forgotten items and the rest of the staff was on pins and needles of her. I was told she is the upcoming new manager.
i got 2 of the new crabby patty meals and both of the burgers were missing tomato and onion, disappointed since they are more expensive

Had to repeat .y order 3 time still messed it. Doubled the order. The girl would not be quit long enough for me to tell her everything I want Then when I told her she doubled my order she acted as if it was my fault. Will nit go back to the crap place.

Walked out without even ordering. The place was gross. The counter was sticky from where drinks had been spilled. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. I couldn't have ordered if I wanted to though, because there was no one there to take my order.
