I just left this location. I went inside to order my food to go. I wish I got the name of the woman running the register. She was super sweet, polite, and professional. Plus she helped me figure out how to use their app to save money. I had to wait a few minutes for my food because they were making fresh fries. But the food is good so I can’t complain. She even apologized for the wait and offered me a free frosty which I politely declined. But it was nice of her to offer. The inside of the restaurant seemed cleaned and was nicely updated. Would definitely recommend this location.
This Wendy's in Terre Haute was horribly understaffed, or the girl behind the counter had no clue what she was doing. 35+ minute wait for inside orders to be completed, and several of them were wrong. As we were leaving someone came in demanding to speak to a manager. I am hoping this was just an off night.

Do not even bother coming here if you’re in a rush. I mean, it took me over 20 minutes to receive 2 FREE Jr. Frosty’s. And I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened but any time I come in after 5PM, this place is a nightmare. It’s not worth it.Edit: I had a worker look me in the eyes, and then turn to his co-worker (shift manager) and mutter “I’m not taking her order,” and all she had to say was, “Just tell her to wait!” They didn’t say anything to me directly, by the way. You bet I waited even longer, though—35 minutes to be exact!
I'd shut the doors on all Wendy's locations. They're not even fast food anymore. They don't care about speed of service. Absolutely unacceptable. They make you wait 25 minutes in drive thru before even acknowledging the fact that they have someone in drive thru, and when you go inside to finally figure out what's going on, they tell you it's gonna be a bit. Lol, ok........... I'll go elsewhere. Just horrible. I'd be ashamed being the GM or owner.

Food is ok when it’s correct. We usually mobile order to save time but every time we get home my husband has to go back because something is missing. This time we were missing sauces, two orders of fries, and were given spicy nuggets instead of regular. Never mind that my husband’s burger was incorrect.

Are you even kidding me?!! First, we waited at least 10 minutes before we ordered (drive thru) with 3 cars ahead of us. We ordered baked potatoes... no potatoes. They were in the oven with 45 minutes to go. We asked for fries instead. Bad idea. Hard, stale, barely warm. At least the chili was hot.
