Worst Wendy's I have ever seen in my life. waited 20 minutes. No food. Asked for my money back and waited another few minutes and called the store a second time and was asked to come in. I had to go in to get my money back. I'm calling the regional office now. This is a shame that people are this incompetent. Was never given food. They couldn't pull it off in 20 + minutes.

Ordered a baked potato to go. When I got home and took it out of the bag, it was an old "Brown" dried up potato. This should have been thrown into the garbage 6 hrs ago. I took it back, and they refunded my money and kind of apologized. But my question is, why would you even try to sell this garbage. Waisted my time to go and get this garbage, then waist my time and gas to have to return it. Never again, Wendy's on Lafayette st.

Sour cream and chive potato with extra sour cream came with no sour cream. No answer when I called and why did they put ghost pepper sauce in a separate container. Didn't order anything with ghost pepper.

The food is always great here and the place seems very clean. The staff are always nice. Just don't expect to get your food very fast. Been here a few times and it's always a wait but id rather have to wait 20 minutes then get awful food and bad service.

1st waited a hot minute on cashier to come up from the back...i ordered to go food..cashier pulled out her phone & start looking at it...grilled chicken wrap...it was not fresh chicken...little bitty pieces of chicken that was hard...fries wasn't warm even...I always thought of wendys having fresh food but I was very wrong this visit

I think the young lady of the counter is a new employee since she was more friendly than the normal. The food was not the best. It wasn't very hot and the bun on my cheeseburger had definitely seen better days. It was really dry. If I remember, didn't Wendy's have a slogan of hot and juicy for their burgers? Whatever happened to that? Definitely not the case here. I'm glad I had a pop to wash it down.

Employee’s were nice but food was nasty. Fries were cold. The cheeseburger tasted like it was sitting out for days. Also ordered side of liquid cheese and never got it. They need a new cook or better employees that know how to actually make food.
