Never again, should probably at least keep your frosty machine on until closer to close, or maybe tell the customer that they had to wait the 10-15 minutes it takes to refreeze after changing bags instead of serving them half frozen mixture

Tried to use the online "offer" and selected scan in restaurant but the manager Kim insists that we can't use the online coupon at the register inside the restaurant. We were eating here pretty regularly and decided to sign up for the rewards and coupons aka offers but couldn't use the coupons/offers so have been soured to Wendy's and we haven't been back in a couple weeks now, probably not going back. Gave up Wendy's in the 90s for over 20 years and can certainly love without Wendy's another 20 years. So sad manager Kim wouldn't let us use the dang coupons....

I don’t take my lunch here often, however. This is the 3rd time in recent months. All 3 times, I have received probably 1 of the best meals I have ever had. I had a Big bacon classic, the vegi’s were cool and crisp, the meat was cooked through and warm, the bacon was crispy. The fries were crispy, with a soft potato center.. will be back, do recommend.

Extremely cold food and 30 minute line with 3 people in the drive thru

Went through the drive thru order 10 piece spicy nugget meal. The nuggets were ice cold. Went in the lobby told the lady they made fresh one but never offered to just replace the whole as by the time I got my nuggets fries where now cold. She acted like it was a big deal to replace the nuggets. While waiting for my food to be replaced she was bad nothing other employees to another employee. She was loud enough I could hear her in the lobby.

The lady who took my order in the morning was so friendly and nice.
First off the lady who took our order was very nice and pleasant, she had very good manners which is refreshing in the food industry. Now the bad part, whoever made my sandwich had to been high on meth. Idk if it was bacon on my cheeseburger or beef jerky either way it was terrible. Soggy bread buns, wilted lettuce, they must have stock in ketchup and mayo cause I got the whole damn bottle. Burger fell apart like it had been sitting in a bowl of soup. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager or the owner of this restaurant. A long time ago this wendys use to produce a pretty damn good burger, now it wouldnt even qualify as dog food.

Cashier was very nice. I ordered a family chilli paid and left for home. Only to open up the chili and it was 80% water . Apsolutly no flavor, the beef that I did find was covered in American cheese. 100% left over end of day cheese burger. My hard earned money thrown away for something I wouldn't feed a stray dog. Very disappointed take your money elsewhere.
