“Something for everyone. I am a history buff and am elderly and in a wheelchair. I have been asking my family to take me to see it. Finally we all got together for my birthday. "The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. Ages ranged from 30's to 80. Each person walked away with a greater sense of pride in Evansville's part in WWII and also learned about other wars and areas of our world.The tour we took lasted approx. 2 1/2 hours due to asking questions and taking pictures. Each display offered so much. At the end of our tour with a guide we still were not ready to leave. We took more pics and browsed through the gift shop. We even were mesmerized by the wallpaper and postcard hall. The whole family walked away with so much knowledge and pride. When you go try out the simulator machines and experience taking off in a plane and/or helicopter, flying it and then landing it. Wow what fun!“
