Service was good. Wings were inedible and dry. Couldn't finish even one. When the server collected my full plate, they were not surprised to see a full plate going back to the trash. Left reviews on their website that they never posted or responded to.

Shouldn't have to ask for things that "come with" an order to be delivered after the fact..Like celery or carrots that come with the cauliflower wings and having the server make a point of telling me that I'm wrong even though the menu clearly states that it does. ?

I've ordered food here a couple of times and I love that you can customize your wings by getting however many you want bones less/ bone in, and with any flavor for as many wings as you want. Very cool idea. However it's very hit or miss(mostly miss) on receiving those wings timely. I understand restaurants get busy and that's out of control for the business BUT there is never any transparency when this happens. A few times I have been here and been told "the order is being worked on, it'll be a couple of minutes". Any reasonable person would be fine with this, because that insinuates the order is, as they say, being worked on and will be out soon. Recently though, I waited about 40 minutes(started noticing the time after a while being there, so it was definitely longer) after being told this every time the server came by until eventually I asked for a more accurate time frame and they said the same thing..."a couple of minutes". I ended up leaving because I doubt the order would ever even come out. People are reasonable when they can see a restaurant is busy, but the servers need to be trained on explaining that to the customers that are there waiting on their order. It's rude to waste people's time telling them their order is almost done when they know it definitely isn't. As I said, food is good, but only if you ever get it, and are given a realistic timeline based on how busy they are. Won't be back for a while, or will go to a different location, hoping they get their staff trained up.
