Went here when they had new management, around like October, November. Food was great, service was quick and there was a night manager very friendly and knowledgeable. Went there again like 2 nights ago and the place was completely different again. There was a completely new staff. Could not even understand them and I have only been there a couple of times so I needed help with ordering something and they had no idea how to explain anything to me. Plus they were super rude and couldn’t stop interrupting me. I wanted to dine in until the environment felt hostile, so I got me some fries (undercooked btw) and then I went on my way. Don’t recommend this place unless they bring the good staff back lmao. ?

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I called 5 times and known of my calls were picked up. I went inside and placed my order and then called them to see if they’ll pick up and they just looked at the ringing phone. Poor service, this place is filled with people that do not want to work.

26 minutes to get order. Crew spent most of time talking or looking at their phones. No hustle and Terrible customer service. Instead of taking care of customers the one crew member was working on prep for evening shift. Half order cold because between talking and looking at phones they forgot to put fries

The man working the register with the scar under his eye was flirting with the 12 year old girls as they were ordering their food. Winking at them and making sexual comments towards them. You could clearly see how uncomfortable they were feeling. Other than the pedo working the counter the food was rather good just watch younger girls around this man.

I have been ordering take out from here frequently for the past few years. Unfortunately, it seems like this place has become “hit or miss” in recent months whereas it used to be amazing 9 times out of 10….There have been numerous times lately where my fries aren’t seasoned at all.. Even when I ordered “extra seasoning”.. I have also had times very late on Saturday nights at like 10pm, where I place my order online, drive there for 15 minutes, then have to wait for 35-40 minutes inside the restaurant for my order. I’ve worked in food before. Dinner rushes don’t normally happen at 10:30 pm at night.. Seems inexcusable to me. The chicken is usually great, but this place needs to get their service together..

The wings are really really good, I just wish they would separate and label the flavors. Some flavors are a given on what they are but some you have to guess and it makes it hard when trying to pass it out to everybody.
Saddly over the last year this place has gone down hill. It took I placed an online order and it said 16 to 21 minutes. Bit it was 45 minutes and when I asked why my order was taking so long the staff was rude and just said because it was. We will not be going here again.

Sweet staff! They were so kind even though it was late and about an hour before closing Food was hot and delicious! How have we not been to wingstop before! Garlic parm wings were very rich but oooh soo delicious! Smoked BBQ was delicious too, fries were soggy but fresh guess that's just their standard fries. They should revamp these no one likes soggy fries right Again, wasn't the restaurant staffs fault they were soggy, just their style. I'd recommend the veggies instead of the fries. Also MON-TUES 0.69 wings!!!! Yes please! Thank you wingstop Terre Haute, hope Eville keeps the same standard!

I just spent $39 on food to have it delivered. Call the store to see where it was at because I got a notification said it was delivered. Nobody at the store would pick up after the fifth time of calling. Whoever picked up was very rude told me that I’m SOL that it’s not their problem since they don’t deliver I have to contact DoorDash DoorDash would not replace my order. Customer service will not replace my order. I will not be visiting this place again. I would not spend money on this place Since they like to scam people.
