A plain cheeseburger consists of the bun, meat, and cheese. This is standard practice at all other DQ locations as well as fast food in general. I do not appreciate having to argue with employees who insinuate that it is my fault that they do not know what a plain cheeseburger consists of, while they repeatedly screw up remaking the plain cheeseburger. A plain cheeseburger is not a bacon cheeseburger, a cheeseburger with everything on it, or a plain burger. Very unpleasant experience. Not impressed.

I don't normally leave reviews but I came there earlier and got food and there was a small drizzle of BBQ on the BBQ tenders and after asking for more, when I got home, it was blobbed ontop and my bread was ontop. I also barely got any fries. Horrendous.

Ordered through the mobile app and when we arrived they were out of the food. The location refused to refund us for the food we PAYED for. Had to fight with customer service and currently waiting for a refund. This location is also dirty, go to the Brownsburg location instead.

One of the most unhygienic and dirty dairy queen’s I’ve ever been in. Flies everywhere, messes left on tables, and on the floor. Couldn’t eat our food inside because there was at least a dozen flies swarming us and it’s the middle of November! So obviously they’re not killing them and they’re reproducing in the store.
