Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Four of us dined in at this establishment and all ordered food. We barely sat down and they brought it to us super fast. Everything was hot and freshly prepared, and the service was extremely friendly. Tables were very clean and well-stocked. Prices were very reasonable, all things considered.

Like everywhere else in this country, the prices are ridiculously high. If you had told me 60 years ago that I would pay $12 for 2 milkshakes, I would've said you were crazy! But I did! Makes me sick to pay that much for couple of shakes.

Dined in and was treated like an inconvenient burden by cashier despite no one being in the restaurant.
Inquired what the “non dairy” dilly bar was made of and instead of reading the packaging, (can’t have soy, can have coconut) he insisted he didn’t know the contents and we were urged to move on.
Strawberry/chocolate blizzard barely had any strawberry in it.
Hamburgers were fine, but more expensive than value.
Will go elsewhere in future.

Dietary restrictions: Family member cannot have many processed options, but can have coconut milk icecream. She opted to not get anything to be safe, and was not able to participate in eating with us.

Food is OK, but owner is not very friendly. You have to be friendly if you’re going to have a business in a small rural town.

We said 2 fudge sundaes gave us a crunch never heard of it then we asked them to take it back and trade it for asked for he refuses to do so. Also he would not give us money back for it very rude if u do not want to work don’t be here. Most ridiculous thing ever. I would not recommend eating here if you want your money taken for mistakes they made. Also I believe it was the manager or owner who did this.

Came in craving a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard. The man taking our order was double tasking and kept turning to do other tasks while taking our order. Told me they were out of the caramel fudge and turned around before I could ask about anything similar. Tried asking for snickerdoodle and same thing happened. Ended up with cookie dough and caramel blizzard. Ordered large fry and large cheese curd, which were put together in a basket. It was mediocre at best, but the customer service was what got me.

Ordered a regular cheese curd in drive thru, bit into first one and it was still cold. Went in side to let them know and the manager took them from me and tried putting them back into fryer. That’s health code violation. Plus’s watched same manager give order to wrong person, after that said person ate a couple fries the manager came back over and swapped the meal with the right person.

My mother and daughter went thru the drive thru and said the owner was completely rude! She said she'll never go back to that location and after reading other comments, I can see that he is always that way. I'll never go to that DQ and I'll make sure to tell other people not to go

This place is a ripoff! A medium chocolate shake and 1 order of French fries are $9.38! And, the middle aged guy at the drive thru has the personality of a rock. Won't ever go back.

The owner is rude and does not want to reason with anyone. I asked for a lemonade with strawberry sauce in it like I do at every Dairy Queen and he said no. I would’ve paid whatever he wanted but no. Then I only got fries and they came cold and soggy. This has been the worst experience I’ve had. wish I could give no stars.
