Horrible customer service today. Manager yelling at other employees in front of customers. So sad. This Manager needs to be let go.

Website says that they open at 5:30 am. I placed a mobile order and arrived at the drive through about 5:35 and sat in the drive through until 6 am when they decided to finally start serving people. Management in this peticular branch is terrible and it shows.

Took 25 minutes for 2 pounders. One set there for all of that 24 minutes while we waited. Tables were dirty. Teens playing in the kitchen with the manager. Still didn’t get our whole order.

They work on making the food fresher. But they was super nice and we didn't wait long. Fish set to long in cabnet and Quarter Pounder was in cabnet not cooked to order.

They do good here in the morning time when the seniors are working and the VETs. Dont go after 9 pm if you like fresh food..

Had to wait 15 minutes through the drive-thru to get a cold quarter pounder with cheese that was about the size of the regular cheeseburger. It was confusing where to park while waiting for your drive-thru order. A thoroughly disappointing frustrating experience

This location has horrible customer service, especially late at night. I have had several instances where we to the drive thru in the last hour that they were open and they just have you sit there and act like they are closed. Then the last time I came through with a mobile order they didn’t answer the drive thru and then an employee came out and said their hours changed a week before. On google and in their app it showed them still being opened for another hour. When I called to make sure I would be refunded for the mobile order the employee that answered the phone was very rude. It ended well though because we went to Taco Bell that has always had superior customer service to this McDonald’s

Literally the slowest drive-thru in all of Indiana. I’ve continued to give them the benefit of the doubt but after many times spent in this drive-thru after camping ranging from Sunday at 1030am to around 3pm - my average wait time has been 10 min+, even with as little as 4 cars in front of me.
Don’t bother with “fast” here.

Really? Drive thru foreverrrrrr 3 rd time this week doors locked staff walks. The order taker bleed thru both speakers. Owner rlly should be checking in some nights.
