I ordered ahead for drive thru.. everything was stingy. Less than a literal tablespoon of meat on regular soft tacos and next to nothing with the griller. The griller was even folded weird so it would look stuffed. In reality, minimal servings of everything. This is why everyone eats at home more. Thanks for reminding me why I don't eat fast food anymore.

Been here 3 maybe 4 times since its opened been the same experience everytime. Went thru drive thru drove home to find not only did they never get my order right what they did give me was never any good. If the employees spent less time talking drama amd dancing and playing and more time doing the actual job maybe theyd get it right. DO BETTER......

It started off so strong but has really gone down hill over the last few months. Consistently I order just a couple items and am spending upwards of 20 minutes waiting on them even when there is low store traffic. When I finally get the food it’s decent quality, but it’s sadly just not worth the wait anymore.
Mexican food was bad. They fried the shells in old grease. Manger stated it on the phone. Gave me a 2 week deadline to get replacement. Mexican pizza tasted rotten. He wasn't getting his truck but still served bad food.

Bathroom was a mess. There was very little food in my tacos in my box. It was very slim on everything I got. I was disappointed. The tables needed cleaned better. The teenage boy s could of talked quieter. They will learn. There not at school. There at a job and customer s making money. They were very busy in drive thru and inside. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my food. Taco shell was stale. Not crispy. I was disappointed in the tiny food in my tacos and round looking pizza thing. I paid over $9.00 I've had a lot better at other taco Bell s.

Food was taco bell but tasted as it should. You did have to order at a kiosk and none of the staff talked to guests at all. The store was pretty dirty. For being one of the three people in the dining area seemed odd to be so dirty.

Ordered for delivery the food sat there for over an hr ended up having to pick it up anyways, food was cold and gross do not recommend
Still will never rate them any higher than a 3 until they provide faster service and stop using AI ordering. Cost is way to high to be my own order taker and cashier. I am certain Taco Bell will have me cook my own food in the future and then have the nerve to ask for a tip or round up my bill .

My food was bad and smelled absolutely awful. I hate to be a naysayer, it’s not my style, but I feel obligated to say this because we really can’t have these kinds of mistakes.. I spent 20$ on food and I couldn’t even eat it. I intended to throw it out when I got home because I was already on the road, but the smell was so bad I had to stop to get rid of it. That’s not acceptable. I have 2 small children and we rarely get fast food, but I can tell you, after this experience, it’s going to be a whole lot rarer. I doubt I will ever be back to this Taco Bell. I hold not grudges or anything I’m just careful what my kids eat now days since it’s almost all poison
