Antojitos Doña Chefina

Went for lunch here before a meeting. Food was delicious and the portion sizes were large. Most of my coworkers took food home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for delicious food!

Antojitos "Doña Chefina" is THE MOST EXCEPTIONAL MEXICAN RESTAURANT WE'VE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF VISITING! We happily drive 40 minutes to Union City now, because nothing in Muncie or Portland comes close! Today we indulged in, a Torta, Fajitas, guacamole, queso, and a Horchata drink. When I tell you how extraordinary that Horchata was…oh my! 🤤 We could have enjoyed a gallon! My Torta Cubana was incredible. The mix of all the different meats on a fresh, nice sub roll, PURE BLISS! And my husband hasn’t stopped raving about those fajitas since we left the place! WE'RE ALMOST HOME! 😂😂😂 He just can’t stop talking about it! Antojitos “Doña Chefina” If you haven’t been YOU NEED TO GO!!!!

We ate here with a large group of 8, including my vegan wife. The waitress was very helpful and explained what options were available for our dietary restrictions. They were out of some items because of a particularly busy morning but they were very polite and apologetic about the unavailable options. The food was very good. It did come out one at a time which was not a problem because the wait time was fairly short. The overall experience was excellent, everything tasted great, and we will definitely be returning soon to try out more dishes from this excellent establishment.

The most authentic food in my area! My family enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was prompt and quick, food was amazing. This is our new favorite restaurant!

Parking: Parking downtown on the street can be difficult at times, but well within walking distance of public parking.

Kid-friendliness: Quiet calm atmosphere, the waitress was very polite and kind to our daughter!

the birria tacos were so good and come with a big cup of sauce to dip them in! literally everything i ate from this place today was so good an fresh! i had two birria tacos, two supreme tacos, chips and salsa and the fruit bowl with chamoy an tajin!!

Antojitos “Dona Chefina” is a must try and my family’s favorite new restaurant! The staff were extremely friendly, the food tasted amazing and was authentic, not your typical TexMex Americanized food. The Horchata and real Gorditas reminded me of Queretaro, the Torta Cubana with the el pastor had amazing flavor as well. 10/10 from my family, an absolutely great place to eat!
