Other than being slow, they messed my food up multiple times, and instead of making it right, they tell me I shouldn't come there anymore if they mess my order up every time. Manager on Fridays sucks

This McDonald's sucks! More interested in employees getting a free drink than customer being served!!! Literally just left and witnessed first hand!!! They suck don't go here

READ FULL REVIEW!!!! I used to dread going to this place in the past because they took forever to give me my order no matter how big or small it was or whether it was at the counter, drive up, or mobile order and they always managed to forget half my stuff…BUT they have really stepped up their game. The past few months they’ve been pretty quick with getting orders out (never forgot anything in my case). Occasionally have to wait but that’s only if they’ve got a long line but despite that the food has always been fresh and so hot I even have to let it cool a bit…which is much preferred over soggy and cold like it used to be. They’re doing a good job right now and I hope it keeps up.

The drive through was backed up.It was moving very slowly . By the time I got up to the window i was then asked to pull to the curb side order Pick up.. so was the car ahead of me and behind. This is a comment problem at this location. But only restaurant for drive thru

Very good service. The Union City, IN store is at its best when Kristin is working. That girl n her crew r awesome!!! They PUT OUT THE HOT FOOD YA'LL, NO DOUBT!! I've been going there for years and her morning shift crew is SIMPLY THE BEST!! Havent has a mistake with my food yet which is what I can say about some of the stores around here and Kristins store is clean and just comfy to come in to or drive out of. Great just great food, great service, great people!! Thanks

Done with the food . It can’t get no worse . Taste so fake and their fries are dipped in liquid fructose before frying . Heart attack!!!!! Food has no flavor anymore just like processed food n salt !
