Got there to pick up my order that I ordered online for breakfast knowing that they’re tracking me and I’m on my way and it’s 10:32 and they cancelled order. Seriously shity service!!

Restaurantji Recommends
Stopped through here twice, Friday and today on Sunday. Definitely will be picking another location when we come through here again, or maybe a different restaurant all together. The manager at this location was pretty unfriendly to interact with, and served us cold fries after we waited nearly a half an hour for the order... Which was a McChicken, a small fry, 4 nuggets, and a drink... That they were unable to make, which I understand is through no fault of their own! The LADIES restrooms were out of stock on toilet paper on the same side at both stops. That stall is also filthy, and looks like it hasn't been touched since we stopped in Friday tbh. The management here definitely should be retrained on customer care, quality products, and cleanliness standards because we're not lovin it... and neither were the other ladies waiting in the bathroom for the only stall with toilet paper to be available. I'm NOT local, but I AM a local guide for Google. I am telling you, YOUR LOCALS ARE UNHAPPY. They warned me when I walked in today that there's only ever one stall with supplies when they visit. This is a BAD LOOK when you're on a MAJOR TRAVEL ROUTE!!! As a former area manager in food services, this establishment's management team should be ashamed of the service they bring their customers at 11am Sundays and 8pm Fridays which are some of your BUSIEST hours and days!!! This is your best chance to MAKE that customer relation, and instead you're hitting it with a shovel guys. 🤦🏼♀️

During lunch and breakfast, a GREAT place, quick and amazing. Night shift....just.. no. Manager yelling at the register worker, because he kept running off and playing with his buddies in the back. Manager was doing the best she could.
They mess my order up just about every single time. Constantly not getting what I order. More often than not I get the cheaper stuff as opposed to what I ordered. Example: Order a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal, and I get a regular quarter pounder. These people that own the one in Versailles Indiana are crooks. How hard is it to read words on an order screen and place the correct stuff into a bag? Only a bunch of idiots work there
