I paid for a delivery. They then told us that they don't deliver and would cancel the order and refund my money. They tried for a week and a half to give me a gift card and finally said I could drive up there and get my refund. I paid with a card why do I need to drive to a store to get my refund that I am owed and have been owed for days. They have been nothing but difficult through all of this. The only person in the whole store who has been helpful at all is Doug. He told us that since the refund was delayed it would have to be sent to corporate. He sent it to the store owner. That's how we got it to the point where they are willing to give me the refund if I drive up there. I was in a car accident and have no vehicle at the moment hence the delivery. They are being difficult and holding my money hostage. This is unacceptable.

Order every weekend for our shifts lunch and no one ever answers the phone to take a call in order, drive up there to order food and ask politely if something is wrong with the phone just to be rudely informed they don’t answer the phone when they have customers inside the store. Will be finding another weekend lunch spot.

Ask for a twelve inch sub with different items on each half and cut in half. Sub had vary little vegetables on it , bread was tuff and Sub was cut 60 40. One of us got screwed. You quest who. Sub was 9.00. To much for to little. This was Thursday Oct 18th around 12:30. Won't be back. Want more customers go back to the way you was 4 years ago. Same goes for Taco Bell in versailles.

Service here is horrible. My 16 year old daughter was working and had to deal with growing men making remarks about females. The guy his name is Doug was making remarks about my 12 year old niece and they skirt she had on. His wife Autumn a growing woman sent my 16 year old threatening messages over the weekend. I go to pick up her paycheck and it's hanging out of their sons girlfriends pocket. The owner Andy had nothing to say but excuses for these people only cause he bought them a home so he won't get rid of them so he can get his money back. This is an uncomfortable feeling place to be at with growing men making unwanted remarks to females. Please try to not give them business till the grown ups that threaten teenagers is gone

Depends on who is working. I ask for double meat, I don't get it the majority of the time and they changed it to where you can't see them make that part of your sandwich anymore. If ya can find a different one I'd say do

Veggie sub, with teriyaki sauce. mmmm.Just be careful when ordering from the app. If you put light on the lettuce, they go light on ALL the veggies. And when you're getting a veggie sub and they go light on ALL the veggies, you wind up with a big piece of bread and , well you get the picture.

Awesome place with helpful Friendly staff. Love the sub's,and all the different selections. How ever. I would like to suggest that as part of their meat selections they add corned beef,and pastrami. I believe that with these two meats they could have some real out of site delicious sub's,and really give the competition something to drool ? over. Hopefully subway takes my suggestions. Anyways great place to eat. Keep up the great work folks.
