food was good and all, but they forgot my lettuce on my taco AND the lady at the window forgot to give us back our card?? She seemed to be giggling I guess as we drove away, when we went inside to get it back she didn’t even apologize .

Nice place. They got my order exactly right. The place was clean, except for the bathroom. Which isn't their fault it's nasty customers' fault. I didn't like that you HAD to use the kiosks. I went to the register first bc a worker was standing there able to take orders, and she said it's you can only order from the kiosks, and if you needed help, then they help you. Just thought that was weird. The workers were busy with orders, but they were busting their butt's and got everyone taken care of, quickly, and surprisingly, everyone's order who was inside the stores was correct.

Almost everytime I come to this Taco Bell location, my food is always HORRIBLE. My fries are either cold, or they’re either smushy. My cheese fiesta potatoes are always hard and black & sometimes they don’t even put cheese on them. You can feel the vibes that the people working here (especially night shift) are rude. I brought my food all the way back up here to have remade & they didn’t even offer anything extra for the inconvenience. DISGUSTING.

Went inside and it took a good 10 minutes to even get my order taken. Had to wait for employees to add cash to the register just to get the wrong change. Within my 20 minute wait for my food a drive thru customer came in demanding her money back because she had been waiting 30 minutes for her food. Management could care less about service. Pathetic

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been too, 2 employees and one is on the phone and the manager is planted in the back office, they are out of everything including ice, drink machine does not function, 45 min and counting waiting on food to come out, people in front of us told us we made a mistake and they were right

The second you pull up to order you are literally RUSHED x10. Literally. Cannot even have time to look at the board to see what you might want. You say "I want a burrito" and its immediately them trying to be done with it. A lot of people have major anxiety and I completely panic because it is them rushing me. They said its because they are on a time limit which I get. But us customers cannot even see what we want because of the corporate.

Terrible food terrible service management included. Made everyone sick. Found pieces of bones in the tacos. Paid over $50 for order didn’t get half the food we purchased. Manager wouldn’t refund me what we did not get but paid for. Do not recommend!

8/20/24 Came in and was asked to use the kiosk. She said it was just her and one other employee. Okay fine….no big deal! Placed our order and as I turn around the two employees were standing their talking and showing each other videos on their phones. We selected pay with cash at the kiosk, so they had to take our money and acted very annoyed by it. After that, they both go outside and talk to someone for about 10 minutes then come back in with their own food that was brought to them. Very poor customer service. Didn’t have time to take our order but could play on their phones and chit chat with a friend or whoever they were.
