I'm not sure what is happening here, but not Taco Bell's business.Parking: Tons of parking because no one is there, and the doors are always locked and most of the employees are all over the property smoking something.

Best customer service experience I've ever had at a taco bell tonight and it was so late. Most would be standoffish but this team was inviting and went above and beyond to accommodate every request. This team def deserves a raise or bonus for their outstanding

I stop by this location every now and again for breakfast because it’s on my way home, but I won’t be stopping by anymore. Not only is the breakfast menu never up, but the females working there couldn’t make customers feel any more inconvenienced by their visit even if they tried. Friendly reminder, if you don’t enjoy your job, you CAN leave.

This place is a joke. Customer service sucks donkey balls, staff is lazy. Won't make 12 tacos because they're "out of meat". The only way I'll be back is to take a steamy dump in the middle of the drive thru.

In the past 4 weeks we had 2 occasions when we pull though the drive though employees are outside smoking and say they are closed due to "system being down" not sure if true or not but very odd. We went again last weekend the food was ready fast but was horrible we paid extra for add ons to each item which we didn't get and every item was almost void of all topings it was like getting a folded, grilled and smashed tortilla shell only. Won't be going back.

Service terrible. Food nothing like other taco bells. Restaurant to small to eat in. They also don't take part in taco bell specials. Been there three times same results.

Went to order a black bean Crunchwrap. Iterated 3 seperate times “no cheese no sour cream my wife has a severe dairy allergy”Assured it was made correctly, brought home and amazingly it had sour cream on it.Someone had to go out of their way to put it on. Ridiculous

Took my daughter for breakfast, at 950 they had the lunch menu up, I asked if they were still serving breakfast, they were, I asked for a breakfast menu and was told it has already been flipped for lunch. That's cool, but I asked for a breakfast menu, not an explanation of what you did today. I went elsewhere.

Well I went through the drive through, ordered 70 dollars worth of food. I even received very poor customer service. The lady taking the order kept talking over me and just all together not listening to hardly a word of my order until it had been repeated at least twice to 3 times. They didn't even make my food correctly. Got home and seen they messed up my chalupas. I called and talked to the general manager herself and she told me, a customer, to learn to order my food right next time. Yet when I checked the receipt they had it on there just as I ordered it. Where is the extra steak I paid for? Probably with that poor excuse of a general manager.
