After a long day of searching for land and properties in the Madison/Vevay area, Roxy's provided an exceptional experience and divine gastronomy!Think Victorian, homemade dough, quirky small town vibes. And I'm here for it! I'm talking fresh ingredients, homemade dough, and wood fired pizza. Our meal started with the Margherita and ended with Three Cheese wood fired pizza. Homemade dough, fresh ingredients, herbs - who knew my love language could be found outside of the city?As an herbalist and urban herbal farmer, I was ecstatic to consume the Juniper Tonic. A heavenly libation without booze - a must! Our next libation was the Bees Knees. As a beekeeper, one knows clean honey from manipulsted honey. And this is clean honey, honey!Service is top-notch and like chatting with a pal! We've been in a never-ending search for a small town feel outside of Louisville. Vevay delivers just that! And now they have local gastronomy to the mix. Local cusine is what we will miss when leaving Louisville. So, a nearby growing city with a new restaurant is just what we like to see! Experiences like we had at Roxy's make us feel at home and whst encouraged us to look more in the Vevay area for wooded acres (cause mama's gotta restore a forest through wildlife Rehabilitation and open an herb farm - no big deal ;)Epically grateful that we bypassed our favorite spots in Madison, when we noticed a new to us spot in Vevay! Ecstatic to visit a Roxy pop up in the future and seeing where bringing in more local farm fresh ingredients takes the gastropub!

Always loved this place for their premium quality cocktails and ambiance, but this weekend we went specifically to try out their food options. Absolutely delicious! Wings were as others have said, the best around! We split the order- had half BBQ and half Garlic Parmesan. Both options were tasty! Main course were a pair of Flatbread pizzas and the crust was the perfect blend of char and chewy! The chicken and Ranch pizza was just a bit too spicy but that's easily fixed the next time we order. My Pep and Cheese was incredible. In an area of the state where quality pizza is few and far between, nice to have a local option of this level of quality. Lastly I have to mention the French fries! I don't know what sort of forbidden voodoo satanic blood rituals you are doing in the kitchen, but keep them up if the result are Frech fries THIS good! Perfectly salted and fried in what has to be duck oil, the fries (both the regular and the truffle versions) were excellent. I know, fries are fries right? No. Wrong, these are next level fries! The only issue with them is that we ordered the small size instead of the large! Roxy's has always been a standout bar, now it's a standout bar that serves awesome food too. Really want to try their Root beer float next!

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to go! The interior of the building is spectacular. The wings , homemade soup and pizzas are all delicious. The pizza is my favorite, but try them all. Finally, the owner and the staff are great people to get to know! They have many special events such as live music and guest chefs. Come check it out for yourself.

Very charming and classy bar. We were in Vevay for the day and decided to stop in before heading out of town, and so glad we did. It was afternoon and the place was empty, so we sat at the bar and asked the bartender (who turned out to be the owner) if she would make us a couple of cocktails of her choice with our requested base liquor. Both were amazing. She made me a gin drink with familiar herb and tonic notes, but unique. Great service--not that overly fake-friendly, but through some easy small talk we realized we had quite a bit in common and ended up having a really nice conversation. Overall, a lovely experience. We will be back.

My friend and I have been enjoying Roxy's since shortly after it opened and, easily, for 30 miles in any direction (if not more), you won't find a better watering hole. Set in a beautifully restored 19th century storefront in charming downtown Vevay, Roxy's offers handcrafted artisanal cocktails (including the non-alcoholic G&T (pictured) made with steeped juniper and flower essence), a well-rounded beer list, and a newly added menu of from-scratch pizzas and apps that are sure to please! The bar's exquisite interior is reminiscent of an 1800's high-roller saloon, but regardless of whether you're drinking top-shelf or well, the bar's proprietor and staff will feel like old friends before you know it! Stop for a drink and stay for a bite, Roxy's is always a unique and inviting experience we're eager to repeat! Enjoy!
