This location is suffering organizational struggles that is shown in customer care and restaurant managment. There is definitely a need for staffing and efficiency. the bartender was worn out. Some of the servers were just going through the motions. The restaurant vibe was diminished compared to the standard upbeat with pop music playing and happy staffers enoying their shift. Majority has to due with the clientele, but it is what it is. I ordered the new dish of bourbon street chicken and andouille sausage penne. It was clashing a bit as the chicken has a more of a cilantro and lime, the cajun alfredo was watery and the andouille sausage was bit sized and maybe a quarter link added to the dish. What really saved the dish was the extra hot buffalo bonless wings. It elevated all the flavors to make a desirable dish that I will be having again in the same order. It wasn't what i was expecting and I finished my plate.

After leaving Buffalo Wild Wings due to lack of service, we went to this Applebees. We were seated immediately. We sat at the bar and even though Clayton was pulling a double shift, his service and attitude was GREAT! Our appetizer came out quickly and the meals did as well. The service, food, and atmosphere were all EXCELLENT! Highly recommend this establishment!!

Disappointed! Went for the seasonal bucket, paid 10 bucks for the bucket drink and didn't get to keep the bucket, I drank all the beverage so I would not have been taking anything with me. Not worth the 10 bucks
Waited for 20 minutes to get a table even though several were free... I'm sure it was a wait staff availability issue, but still. When we were seated our service was poor and our waiter was...odd, awkward and just not very good. Food was fine, but the mood has been damaged by the long wait and poor service. Will not return.

Worst service ever! Sat for 10 minutes just to order drinks. The food wasn't great either,my daughter ordered the Alfredo and the noodles was hard, my mac and cheese tasted watered down,the green beans was gross. Didn't get no drink refills wasn't asked until after done eating. Had to go to the hostess desk and ask for our ticket to pay.. Absolutely the worst service ever, this was our first time here and we won't be returning!!!

They always have great food and everytimei go, my server is amazing and nice. I love that they still have the 10 dollar meal deal. You cant beat a huge sandwich, fries and drink for $10. And the mozzarella sticks are always good
