Usually the food is really good. I love their sandwiches. I wish that the employees working at the drive thru window could be a little nicer. Especially after you’ve been waiting in line for 15mins. A few days ago I pulled up to the drive thru and as soon as I started ordering, a message said that they were closed and to come back during normal business hours. It was 820pm and the website said 10pm. The same hours were on the doors and drive thru window too. There was a few employees inside. This is not the first time this has happened. A note saying they were closed on the door, outside signs, or at the drive thru would’ve been fine! Also, they had the best baked potatoes! I wish they’d bring them back!
Sandwiches are good, but my fries were luke warm. One of them I spit out because it was so hard and chewy that I couldn't chew it. When I asked the girl that waited on me if the fries were hot, she told me yes.

Gave this establishment another chance and was promptly disappointed again. First time my roast beef was very obviously reheated from the night before. This time my french fries were at least 2 hours old. Can't go there again.

The lobby was disgusting. The self-service fountain drink was leaking and you had to walk through a pool to get a drink. Then you stuck to the floor as you walked. There was a loud pitch alarm that nobody shut off for 4 straight minutes. Very annoying. My food was cold. If the lobby was that bad, I can't imagine what the kitchen looked like. We won't be returning.

Was very busy only running one register n the lady was new she was doing her best but had lil help they paid more attention to the drive thru than the big line inside

I ordered a Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich and was charged $6.73. I get home and it’s a nasty looking sandwich on a regular bun with 2 tiny pieces of beef and a 1/3 cup of nasty cheese. No where near what I ordered! And she even repeated back my order. Waste of money and my time. And of course no one answered the phone when I tried to call! Buyer beware this Arby’s is a pass
I am not sure if there is a new roast beef but my husband and I went to have a late supperon 2/24/24 and when we got our classic roast beef it was thick beef and not the original shaved which definitely was a different texture and wasn't as enjoyable. I was looking forward to that thinly sliced sandwich and was very disappointed.
