Overall resort and facilities were nice- the staff were very unwilling to help and somehow do not even know where bathrooms are located! None of the staff knows anything about resort or how to do anything or who does what or where things are located.

My stay was outstanding from the incredibly friendly staff, dining experience and cozy room. I also highly recommended a trip to the spa that left me invigorated and ready to seize the day. After a 2-day stay I left reenergized and am excited to return.

Very nice unit! Love the shuttle service, especially with the icy road conditions when there. Was disappointed that after it snowed they came and removed it from the unit beside me in the same parking lot, but not my side!! I had to call the front desk and ask to have mine cleared out. Then a guy came and was doing it by hand, not like the other side done with a Bobcat! Then still not cleaned out as good as the other side, still had to walk through snow to get to the shuttle!

We spent 7 days at Breezy Point WhiteBirch Estates.#897. Overall we were satisfied.and had a good time!!..........a couple issues that need attention are the jets on the whirlpool tub.....need to be cleaned! Also housekeeping needs to empty the vacumn!! It was filthy and hair packed! So dirty that the whole outside of the vacumn was covered with dust. We were very pleased with the unit changeout that we were able to get. I did not realize it, but we had been assigned a bottom /2 bedroom Unit which had less sq. footage than the top units which is where we had stayed in the past. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to go snowshoeing or skiing as the employee for these activities had called in sick on Sunday and no replacement was able to be found. We did enjoy ice fishing a couple days using Matts guide service and Ice fish houses. They were great.

My family and I I stayed up at Breezy Point in early March this year for our end-of-season hockey tournament. We decided to rent a home because extended family members wanted to come also. We settled on the spruce place rental and it was wonderful. There were seven of us and we each had a bed plenty of room to spread out, the TVs have all been upgraded to smart TVs and we were able to plug in our Xbox in the basement, the garage was a nice feature also. We would call for the shuttle every morning to take us to breakfast and to the rink. The shuttle is perhaps the best feature of the entire resort. The boys had a great time and we look forward to coming back in the future.

We have been going to Breezy Point (Whitebirch units) for over 25 years. This time we stayed at a 1 bedroom unit in Eagles Nest. We own two (2 bedroom Units) at Whitebirch and have for the 25 years loved them. We will continue with the 2 bedroom units. Our units have spoiled us as we can invite friends and relatives to join us at any time. Nothing but positive comments about the 2 bedroom units. They are always clean and well maintained by the staff. On the very rare times we needed something the staff was there in minutes to handle the question. Overall we have nothing but posative things to say about WhiteBirch Units at Breezy Point. Can't wait to go back in a few months.

Great weekend at Breezy Point resort. Rented (2) three bed, 2 bath Eagles Nest vacation homes. Temp avg 15 during the day and zero at night. The facilites and the vacation homes were clean, spacious and warm. Full kitchen, fireplace, screen porch and updated bathrooms. The upper owner suite was very spacious with a walkout deck and also had whirlpool tub along with a seperate shower. We had a slight problem with a frozen door lock and maintenance was there immediately. VK homes were located just 2 blocks from resort entrance - Breezy Pt Resort had free shuttle service to and from the resort. There are a variety of restaurants that made everyone happy from coffee shop tosit down to pizza/ nightclub with a great live band. Wait staff were busy but courtious and fast. Front desk was polite and helpful. Icefest had many activities for all ages. Lots of snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice golf, outdoor bags - It was a 5 star stay!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful & comfortable! Great access to the lake & activity center! All staff that we encountered were so friendly & helpful! There are stores within a 10 minute drive, so grocery shopping was convenient. Fishing was great!

Although we had a few less options for food and drink than during the summer all-inclusive package, it was so awesome as always! My sister and her husband have been coming with my husband and I for all- inclusive vacations for a few years and have a blast every time.

We loved our stay at Breezy Point we came for peewee hockey tournament and the breakfast buffet included in our stay was fantastic… everyone I met was very friendly but the Breakfast crew was second to none for being that early and having that many kids to feed! As I was eating looking out on the bay I saw a couple guys catching fish we didn’t get to go out this trip but that’s a good sign! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in our Room wish we could have stayed longer!
Very enjoyable resort. We would like to see this again in the summer. Thank you for the hospitality. We loved the walking trails we found around. Also loved the surrounding towns we visited. All the small shops were great.

We stayed in the Pelican Cove condos and they were spacious and well supplied in all areas. The condo is large with fireplace in the living room. Furniture and beds are very comfortable and unit has two full baths. The front desk staff was great and answered all questions or requests immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Lakes, golf, biking, hiking and some great spots for dining. This week long stay at the end of peak fall leaf viewing season was peaceful and quiet. The unit was cozy and comfortable. As a couple, we have enjoyed staying here several times, and would recommend the lodging highly.

The weather could not have been nicer so sitting on the outside deck was nice. Our rooms were clean and the staff was very personable and helpful. We most certainly will return next year. We held an Elks convention there and it worked out perfect for the 300 attending. Whatever we needed the staff was right on it to get it for us.

My sisters and I use my timeshare here every year for a fun week of catching up and relaxing. They have everything we need except enough comfy chairs for the whole group. The units are well maintained and staff are prompt and friendly
