It takes awhile to get service. You'll stand at the counter 5-10 minutes before anyone acknowledges you. But when they do, they are friendly and food is good. Just wish they'd pay better attention to the counter. It happens every time

In the past, we have had disappointing meals here, but not this time! The service was fantastic! The food was good, hot, fresh, served in a very efficient time. Whatever has taken place to get this restaurant back to a great place to eat, thank you.

Waited 15 min. to be seated and no one ever came up front. But two servers were literally walking in circles doing nothing. There were other family's waiting up front to be seated as well. We all walked out. They were only serving people at the bar. Apparently if you dont drink your not worth their time.

The bartender working during the day talks non stop and so loudly you can’t hear music or the games. I was sitting at the back of the restaurant and couldn’t stand to listen to her anymore and mentioned it to my waitress. People don’t wanna come to a sports bar and listen to an obnoxiously loud bartender over sports The food was great and my service was great but I wouldn’t come during the day again due to her loud mouth. I must mention also, the managers at the front seating people were very unfriendly and rude. I mentioned I needed to use the restroom first because I came from the gym and wanted to wash my hands and the lady said “I guess I can seat you first” I’m sorry but everyone in that place seemed like they either hate their job or they hate management. Waitresses cursing under their breath about management. Unreal for a place of service

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I just had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Vincennes Indiana. Woman with blonde hair, red lipstick, ponytail and hat was rude and we never got our food after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don’t know what her problem was. We canceled our order and she said “sorry guys we are short staffed in the kitchen” which wasn’t true as we saw multiple order come out for people that came in after us.

Update two years later: somehow they've gotten worse. The manager hides in the back and refuses to come out to talk to customers or give refunds when requested. I'm amazed they managed to get so much worse than they already were. I'd give negative stars if it was an option. If you love BWW like I do, go to any other location but this one. If you're dying for wings in Vincennes, save yourself the frustration and just go to Kelso's.
Always slow, never friendly, super dirty.
I love OTHER locations... Vincennes has the worst.
