If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I just had a terrible experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Vincennes Indiana. Woman with blonde hair, red lipstick, ponytail and hat was rude and we never got our food after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don’t know what her problem was. We canceled our order and she said “sorry guys we are short staffed in the kitchen” which wasn’t true as we saw multiple order come out for people that came in after us.

Update two years later: somehow they've gotten worse. The manager hides in the back and refuses to come out to talk to customers or give refunds when requested. I'm amazed they managed to get so much worse than they already were. I'd give negative stars if it was an option. If you love BWW like I do, go to any other location but this one. If you're dying for wings in Vincennes, save yourself the frustration and just go to Kelso's.
Always slow, never friendly, super dirty.
I love OTHER locations... Vincennes has the worst.

Hi, My wife and i went to Harbor freight to buy a impact drill and decided to stop and get some wings. Well we ordered appetizers it literally took 25 minutes to get appetizers then the young waitress she said her name was Bobbie came and threw the appetizers on the table and walked off. My wife tried stopping her because she wanted ranch dressing. She wouldn't even turn around after we both attempted to get her attention. She walked around with even looking our way. The i informed her that we were trying to get her attention and she said she have other tables. Then i told her to bring us the check that we were not eating there and she went in the back and came out with our wings. I asked another waitress can she get the manager so we can speak to him and she came back and said that the manager was busy and that she can't find him. This place is awful i am very disappointed and feel insulted. My wife I upset and is reaching out to corporate. I will never go to that place again.

Food is pretty decent but the service is never good. Went for the bottomless apps and the entire 1 hour we were there the waiter checked on us 2 times. No it wasn’t busy there were 5 total tables. Most of our time there was spent sitting there waiting for the server to stop by so she could take our order or get a refill.

Can’t review the food as we were never seated. We were really looking forward to eating here as it had been a long time since eating at a Bdubs. We walked in and waited at the front counter for fifteen minutes while we watched one waitress go back and forth to get drinks. She looked right at us several times but did not acknowledge our presence. A patron was leaving and I asked if she knew if we were supposed to wait for a server or just seat ourselves as there was no signs anywhere indicating either. She said a server normally seats customers then added “good luck, we waited an hour and a half to get our food!” It was at this point that we decided to go to the local Applebees instead and had a pleasant experience there. So disappointed with this Buffalo Wild Wings….

Half of our table received our food while the other half had to wait about 15 minutes to get theirs. Everyone’s food was cold except the hamburger and Mac & Cheese.

The manager claims that their menu on their website is not their actual prices, so they charge you a different amount and then tell you that it's not their website, so be careful going into the Vincennes restaurant. The manager does not like to give you the time of day and will just walk off mid conversation, leaving you to pay a 12 dollar difference while telling you it is a picture from a customer when it is right there on their web site

Had lunch a few weeks ago. Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was filling along with the fries. I ate at the bar. The food was hot and the soft drink was cold. The waitress was nice.

We were hoping to stop in at B-Dubs and watch the Michigan State vs Old Miss game, Cole really took care of us. While they didn't have local channels Cole took it upon himself to sign up for a YouTube TV trial so we could watch. Thank you Cole and Go green!!!!
