We were hoping to stop in at B-Dubs and watch the Michigan State vs Old Miss game, Cole really took care of us. While they didn't have local channels Cole took it upon himself to sign up for a YouTube TV trial so we could watch. Thank you Cole and Go green!!!!

Staff was low, very poor service was presented. I ordered a cake and the icecream on there desert menus which are two different orders. The bowl came out blazing hot assuming it was from the dishwasher but the icecream was completely melted and made my cake soggy!

When me and all my coworkers went we had had excellent and very attentive service it was very clean and everyone was very polite the food was perfect I had no complaints what so every I will become back here more often thank you Vinccenes Indiana bdubs for a great experience and amazing meals we couldn't have been more pleased with our visit .

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to… took them 1 hour just to serve me after sitting me down terrible service took 2 hours just to get my food also had hair in my fries. People who came in after me got there bill and ate all of there food before they even asked me what I want to eat. If you are looking for a terrible place to eat out at then you are at the right place.

Go in multiple times a night for doordashes, end up having to cancel them all because service takes about 45 minutes to recognize dashers. Time is money for me. Would not recommend for anyone

We called in our order for pickup at 4:34. They said it would be done in 25 minutes. We got there around 5:10 and when we got there they didn't have our order in their system and had to put it in. Waited another 45 minutes and finally got our order and it was missing some wings. The employee I talked to didn't act the least bit apologetic or accommodating for us. If anything she seemed a little annoyed and rude. We will not be going back here again.
Order food at 7:30 was not ready at 8:30 a whole hour. Place was not crowded. We’ll never go back again.

Ordered online 6 hours before and still had to wait. It wasn’t even busy. We should have not had to wait that long when we ordered ahead. No reason to have a takeout system where you set a time if you’re not going to follow through. This has happened more than once at this location. We will not be coming back. Awful!

Waited to be seated and then we waited 10 minutes to order our food and then it took over an hour to get our food and one of our orders was just chips and salsa. There wasn’t even that much people eating. One party paid in cash and wasn’t given the correct amount of change and waitress threw a fit about it when something was said about it and make a scene in the restaurant all because we said something about it.
