Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru AFTER placing a mobile order from home. Nuggets were so old and dried up they couldn't be eaten. After half an hour of waiting, there's zero reason why everything couldn't be made fresh

Extremely rude staff. Made fun of me for asking for a diet dr. pepper. Slow service, cold food, 30 year old soda machine that needs to be replaced. Not everyone who drinks diet/non sugar wants a coke. Got my order wrong three times.

Second time ordering here this week from door dash and both times the staff chose to not include all the items I paid for. Bag was sealed so there is definitely someone currently working there that is “forgetting” to give customers what they paid for.

Just went there a few minutes ago since it was the only place open. I had to wait from 10-15 min just to get our order taken and then for the employee to tell us again to wait. Once they finally took our order they had it all mixed up. Another employee took over and restarted the whole ordering whilst giving us a horrible attitude. Which caused frustration. I decided to just leave the place. Horrible experience.

Everytime we go to Burger King in Vincennes you will wait inside or in line inside for at least 40 minutes. We watched as the very nice lady who took our order named Monica asked to help fix and push food out to people and the manager ignored her as much as she does the customer. They end up giving us the wrong food when we were the ONLY people in line. Y’all need to learn how to treat your customers and stop talking about pointless conversations while you have customers standing in front of you while you do nothing. This Burger King is the WORST one I’ve seen yet.

i used to work here and only left for medical reasons, and today when i came back and only ordered a drink and an ice cream cone, i asked if the drink sizes had changed. the general manager was the one eho serving me and instead of letting me dinish my sentence, cut me off and rudely told me that it was a large before rolling her eyes and walking off althougb they had multiple people on and werent busy at all. i still work in the food industry and understand plenty well that it truly isnt that hard to politely explain that the sizes are now smaller. i hope there is a change in management soon as i am now incredibly dissatisfied in my service.
