I loved the food I got the chicken sandwich and it was really good service was good they forgot my ranch but we js went back in and got it so not too big of a deal but really good food

Customer service is usually top notch for a standard fast food joint. The place is also usually clean.
Been in here a few times now. Rankings are lower than initially posted some time ago due to decreased quality of the food as of late. Burgers are overcooked and tasteless. Lettuce is wilted and turning brown. They have been out of various menu items lately like the pub burger that was advertised and even out of onion rings today. Last time we stopped by on the way home we got ice cream and it tasted off. I had stomach issues for 3 days afterwards. Generally, I like Culver's, but lately this location has been disappointing.

This is the worst culvers we’ve been to. Burnt cheeseburgers but cheese still cold. Requested two scoops and only received half of one scoop. Order was missing items, food was cold, servers roll their eyes but were too busy making fun of mennonite customers & their children. Over heard a lot of customers complain. With the servers telling people to just not come back they didn’t care.

I gave the food and service 5 stars, but the atmosphere should of got a 0. The horrible stench coming off the floor is insane. Worse then my teenage kids room. Culver's need to close doors and have a deep cleaning done. Don't even want to be hear at the moment from the smell as soon as you walk in.

In the last 5 or 6 times ordering here over the last couple of months (dine in or drive thru at different times and days) ever order weve placed has been missing food, or been the wrong order all together. You have a better chance of getting McDonald's ice cream machine to work than to get your order right and intact at this location
