The person at the Vincennes Dairy Queen is always in such a hurry, talks too fast and does not pay enough attention to the customer at their window. It isn't the 1st time we have had a problem getting their attention.

Dear Dairy Queen Customer Service,I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the Dairy Queen In Vincennes In on 5/20/2024.Unfortunately, my experience was marred by The cook or Manager not sure who he was. Despite my enthusiasm for your delicious ice cream and treats, this issue significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with my visit.Here are the details of my issue:We were there around 7pm My husband and I. ( We were the only people in there at the time) We ordered 2 blizzards and we waited and waited in the mean time my husband had a Diabetic episode,,No one was around the counter or close to us so I got a small cup for a little water I was planning on telling the girl to charge me for it when they served us. by this time there were about 7 people standing around waiting to be waited on and I went around the corner got him a little water and before he could even drink it this manager or whatever was standing there and Says ma'am stay away from the counter I seen you take a cup and I started to explain to him what happened and he rudely says No excuses and walks away.. Everyone in there said he was a jerk and I see why now.. He didn't show know concern my Husband or anything.He didn't even ask if we needed an ambulance or nothing..I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address the issue. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to ensure a better experience for me and other customers in the future.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.SincerelyBev Heuby

The food we got was great as usual but folks were really swamped and so some items didn’t get entered into the order. Not the fault of the staff - it was a hectic day. Very clean interior, thank you for keeping it well maintained!
